If you want cut lumber, go somewhere else. The lumber was suppose to be cut in a particular way for the inside of my house. The lumber was not cut the way I wanted. I paid for a particular cut but got nothing that would fit what I needed. I would advise anyone needing wood cut a particular way not go there.

If lumber is what you want, buy it anywhere else. I went there to buy a couple cherry boards and I found one 1x3 7ft long. I got to the register and they rang me up for 25$. Do the math. That is 1.75bf making it over $14 a board foot. There are local mills that sell kiln dried planed quality cherry for 2$ a bf. 14$ /bf is beyond a rip off. It's an insult. But since I had them cut a damaged end off I had to buy it.

Don't get me wrong they know there stuff and do quality work, that being said if you need it in a reasonable time frame from the wood shop better find somewhere else. They are poorly managed and short handed. They can't responsibly write down a phone number or instructions and they are a little on the high end of price. I Dropped off less than 200 board feet of rough cut to be plained called a couple times they kept saying next week, next week, waited 3 weeks the last time its been 10 weeks now and it's not done so im picking it up today and going elsewhere. If you can make the drive use the plaining mill in Clarksburg much better management and price and they are nicer and much much better management.

Great people, any kind of wood sizes and thickness most people would want. They also do great custom builds that people want

No evening hours, they close at 4:30 and only 8-12 on Sat. That's not the real world for working people. Other than that they have great service.

Great staff, local owners. These guys went out of their way to make my first visit great.
