We can't say enough good things about this company. They are honest, caring and as accommodating as they can. I can't stress enough how helpful everyone at Valley Custom Homes is from Tony Masters in sales to Fay and Sherry (who I think is the heart of the company) to Chis Russell the owner, and everyone else that works there they make you feel like a valuable member of their team and family! We looked at a number of companies before we picked Valley and for the time involved, cost, style and especially how the house was built Valley Custom Homes was the top on our list! You will not go wrong talking with Tony and seeing what they can do. We love the house so much our daughter and her husband have started their own house with Valley Custom Homes! Thank you everyone at Valley Custom Homes for building us our beautiful home! We love it!

First, I'd like to start off by saying that building a house is stressful, there is no getting around that. Something will be delayed, something will cost extra, something will hit a snag. However, Valley Custom Homes has such an amazing group of people working with you, it is a much less stressful experience. Every single person who helps us with our build was beyond incredible. They are knowledgeable, do quality work (I still can't get over how amazing our front porch is), and most importantly they made it so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Our family couldn't be more pleased with our home, and our experience. Thank you guys again for all the hard work you did to get us into such a beautiful house.

We’ve been in our home for 12 years this month and we couldn’t be any happier. We also went through Chris to have a garage & breezeway added on 2 years ago. Top notch builders & Great customer service.

Was NOT a positive experience to say the least. Was lied to multiple times by the salesmen. Once home was delivered it was MINTHS of NO progreaa. They don't contract quality workers. Roofers left nails trash cigarette butts everywhere for us to clean up. Don't recommend for multiple reasons

On behalf of my daughter and son-in-law, the experience was great during the sales pitch. Once the contract was signed the customer service went downhill fast. Phone calls were not returned. Days and often weeks passed with no one working at the job site. The project manager was disorganized and often had no idea when subcontractors would arrive. Excuses for delays were plentiful. When the house was set on the basement walls, the dimensions did not match. As a result there were gaps between the bottom of the vinyl siding and concrete walls of 2" in some areas. You could see the plywood on the exterior walls when looking from below and in many areas the plywood had separated from the sill plate. When our daughter and son-in-law contacted VCH about remedying this within the warranty period there was again a long delay before any action. The fix was done haphazardly and on only 1 of the 4 walls. The office staff told them they would have to pay to have the other 3 walls done. These are just a sampling of the issues. Basically, two young newlyweds were taken advantage of. Buyer beware!

My comany completed a rather large project for Pleasnat Valley in 2020. We fullfilled all obligations under the signed contract which totalled aproximately $80,000. When all work was completed, the customer refused to pay the final balance, which totaled around $40,000. We contacted Pleasant Valley about this issue and were told that it was not their problem. As a general contractor, they are responsible for managing and paying any down chain sub-contractors or suppliers that were retained on a project. We still had to pay our workers for all of their labor on this project and have taken a large financial loss due to non-payment. Beware!
