Dr. Mcduffie was amazing, as were his staff. The doc was very personable, listened attentively and spent a great deal of time with me. Answered all my questions. The front of office staff was equally amazing and friendly. I apologize if I get the name wrong, but I believe her name is Ashley, who assisted with my check-in/check-out. I really enjoyed speaking to her. Again, super friendly and very welcoming. Entire experience was A+++

This was my second experience with Dr. Carlyn Norris tending to my ear/hearing problems. She is compassionate, gentle and thorough. I was very grateful for her skill and kindness.

The doctor had a scope, which looked like a normal otoscope but with just a longer light. The assistant told me if she uses her specialty scope, it is an extra $350. I had no idea that was what she used, but definitely saw it on the charge. I don't honestly feel it was necessary because the issue was not really deep in my nose, but I am no doctor. It was not like she has this special tool that had to be wheeled in, put together and then used. Not sure why you have a tool that can easily diagnose so you can move on to the next patient quickly (and make more money) that you have to charge $350 for using it with a patient. Seems like the efficiency gain should be enough.

I am disappointed in your phone system. It's almost like it is meant to drive people away, and I have found some really self centered personnel at the check in desk at multiple locations. I originally selected the frisco office because it had an audiologist and a surgeon that I liked now since you are covering three locations, it has become very inconvenient for me.

The specialist I saw listened to my concerns and was very attentive & very patient! She gave me options and reasoning to each concern that would be the safest route instead of pushing procedures that I didn't need. I was thankful to finally feel at ease with a ENT.

Jerrica is very, very good! Knows her craft quite well and provides very personal customer service.

I had contracted a sinus infection which spread to my right ear. I went to CareNow for the ear infection and had muffled hearing in the same ear. There was no pain, just discomfort. Dr. Graves’ assistant did a hearing and confirmed the loss of hearing. Dr. Graves found I still had fluid sitting behind my ear drum. She stated to use a different sinus medication and provide steroids for help heal my tube. Thus far, my hearing has not returned fully, but it is slowly improving.
