Rashelle Browne-Tomlinson, Psychiatrist

I have been in therapy off and on most of my life. I am so blessed that God sent me Dr. Browne Tomlinson; She took care of me like family and because of her I am more stable mentally than i have ever been! Thank You Dr. BT for helping me to achieve the best me I can be…. But of course I always strive to be better.

Dr. Rashelle is an amazing doctor, and I give her 100 stars out of 5 she is the best! But as far as the rest of Lifestance just plain sucks, every time I call to speak with someone, I will sit on the phone anywhere from 45 minutes to past an hour just for someone to answer the phone After I’ve been put on hold when I call listening to their Answering jingle will drive you up the wall after a while And then, when you speak with someone Like they’re not not about helping you Especially with the billing department, I’ve been charged For a visit seeing that I walked in and it was with a male doctor Which I’ve never visited a male doctor, and all my visits have been Virtual visits, When I started the Company was Georgia behavioral Group never had a problem with them of any kind, but since last stances took It has been Terrible, Awful. I’m not sure if other patients are having this experience, but if they are I have no idea how they can stay in business because it’s pathetic. Just saying!!

The Telehealth platform was great and even while driving in a rural area we never lost connection. Dr. Tomlinson was awesome. In our visit time she was so attentive and knowledgeable kind and empathetic. I’m so looking forward to the healing!!!

I’ve only been seeing Dr. Browne-Tomlinson for a little less than a year now, but she is fantastic! I needed to find another provider after mine retired, and she came recommended to me. I was slightly reluctant at first to start seeing an M.D., because I’ve always seen a D.O. in the past, but she quickly alleviated any concern! She truly listens, and the changes she made to my treatment plan have been life-changing! I would highly recommend her!

Extremely bad experience. Software used for virtual appointments is glichy and inadequate. Needed a refill, called office, was told one would be issued so I would not run out of medication over the weekend, and was either flat out lied to or there was a failure to do what was stated, so I just had to suffer a withdrawal from a medication that should not be stopped abruptly. Either the "doctor" didn't know this, or just didnt care. Doctor has little to no knowledge of my medical conditions and didnt care to ask about them, but she was ready to change my prescriptions on my very first appointment with her. I was a patient of this practice for over 10 years, and it used to be much better, but has been sold twice in the last couple years, and now i would not recommend to anyone. How this "doctor" thought that she knew what i needed medically before she even knew my conditions is astounding and insulting. I will be transferring my care to a more knowledgable and experienced practitioner as soon as humanly possible.

De. Tomlinson is a professional and excellent physician. She addresses my mental health and considers my input and my life stances in her decisions. I highly recommend her.
