In all transparency they were plowed. Thanksgiving- to go order - 8:37 AM ET, promised for 8:56 and provided at 9:19. The order was placed in person, and the person taking the order said, it will be about 15 minutes. From their limited menu, we ordered biscuits and gravy bowls with home fries. As you can see in the picture the containers were not filled full, one is almost half full. We had to put the undercooked potatoes in the air fryer, heat the gravy in the microwave and then rehear them biscuits when the other items were up to temp. So now, it's reheated Bob Evans. No apologies from anyone that it took so long. There was no butter, ketchup or extra napkins included. No spoons included either. The 1 star is because after waiting 40 minutes we had to continue cooking the food and reheat the gravy and the staff not even offering an apology for it taking so long. Do I expect it to take longer if they are busy, yes! Do I expect staff to know how long things will take? Yes, the manager should have advised them and they could have asked if we wanted to wait for an extended time. If we had know it was going to be a half hour we would have been better prepared. I can say that after waiting 40 minutes- my expectations were that the potatoes did not remastered raw and need to be cooked thoroughly. This isn't the first time we have had an experience similar, and why we don't frequent this location.

The service was very good, especially for a busy Sunday afternoon, and the food was cheap, but it was average at best. My hash browns and chicken tenders were overcooked, and my broccoli looked exactly like when I “cook” frozen broccoli in the microwave at home but was completely unseasoned. Good for a group setting, and decent homey atmosphere!

I want to give a great review, but I can’t. My niece (who visited for the first time) and I went to BE on Sunday around 1:30, we waited for an hour to get a table, (mainly because they skipped over my name) then we waited another 35 min to get a server (which btw, was the only one working on a busy day). Five people were lallygagging behind the counter and one in particular moved slower than a snail. When we finally got our food, it was not to the standard of BE. We left at nearly 4:00 pm. The server and the host were fantastic, but you really need to check on the other folks. They do not work and quality lacks.

ALWAYS The Best service friendly smiles, warm welcome, courteous, attentive, polite ! Every single employee, every single visit! Spotless Very Clean. Delicious food! Served nicely. We visit Bob Evans all over. This is the Best! Walt Disney standards for manners and service. You should have these managers, cooks and servers teach all others that work for you. Maybe new hires could rotate through with mentors?

They charged more than the menu prices and when I asked about it, I was told that prices may vary….as they had one customer in the whole restaurant. When I got the soup home, it was horrible. It’s no wonder the parking lot is always empty.

The food is average. It's American fair that's okay. I liked the turkey dinner, wasn't the most flavorful but it satisfied my appetite. The pancakes were anomic in color but were fine. The sausage/bacon were as expected. The eggs were all overcooked but not horrible. The potatoes were fine. The biscuits/rolls were fine. Price was a bit higher than I expected for what you get. Overall it's what I expected and just okay when you are in a pinch.

Food was good, under staffed, long waits between your order and when it was brought out. For the most part, this is a great place to eat. Just be prepared to wait.

I cannot even comment on the food because we ended up leaving before we got served. The restaurant was not even that busy but we were seated right after a 4 top in the same server's section. We waited almost 15 minutes while no one approached us. The server got the other table's drink order and then proceeded to take their food order. All the while other guests were being seated and waited on. One table that came in at least 10 minutes after us got their drinks and placed their food order. When I asked the hostess about it she said my server would be with me shortly. I have worked in the food industry for years and you don't double seat one server while the others are standing around and if you do double seat a server then they should be taught how to server both tables as one.
