This location had the rare and unique bike i was looking for. Plus not to mention the Great customer service I received! I am Very satisfied with my trade in. The process was very simple fast and convenient because i was able to walk out with the new bike the same day. George is very kind and attentive. And Isadora helped me with the paper works. She was super informative and professional as well. Very pleased with this Hanover powersports and willing to come back for my services despite the long commute. Definitely giving this 5 stars. Because of the professionalism, kindness and because it had the bike i was looking for. And also they have different brands of bikes which is a huge plus

Big shoutout to George who helped me purchase my first motorcycle ever! Didn’t have any problems over the numbers, bike was assembled perfectly, explained the controls, and strapped it up into my U-haul. Would definitely recommend working with George and the crew over at Hanover Powersports!

Pathetic. I texted them as requested on their Craigslist listing. No response. Contacted them 3 separate times through their website looking for more info about a bike they have for sale. No response. Apparently they aren't interested in my money. Oh well. There are plenty of other dealers and motorcycles available.

Traveled over an hour multiple times to browse, purchase bikes, parts & gear from this dealership. I will return to Hanover over other, closer dealerships! Jesse is an excellent, laid-back salesman. Reid in the finance department was a pleasure to work with. The entire team at Hanover is attentive, thorough and most of all, just nice people. Not to mention, the great inventory! I highly recommend!

Bought a new honda monkey with the help of Greg, he quoted me the best price in the area and then gave me a discount on the prep fees too! If i buy another machine it will be from hanover powersports. Thanks guys!

Bought multiple bikes from them. Parts, service, sales all filled with knowledge and helpful staff. Always made me feel part of the family. Pricing always great with no headache. Special shout out to George.

The parts department guys are awesome and super knowledgeable. They are so good with my son. The sales people are good when we come in and sit on the bikes and answer any questions. They don't let you ride anything used, which is about 99% of what's on the floor. So, it's not great of you want to feel what you are purchasing.

Bought a bike from these guys and they set it up with over 60 psi in the tires. Not sure how high, because it maxed out my gauge. Mistakes happen. Fast forward a couple years and I called for help transferring an extended factory warranty on a used bike I purchased. It took several attempts to get someone who could help, and they still couldn’t do anything without consulting Yamaha. Took them 10 days to get back with me, by which point I was able to get the issue resolved within minutes at another dealer. Faux pas happen. Fast forward a few days and I ordered an e-bike for pickup at the dealer. They called to tell me the bike arrived and I made the 3 hr round trip to pick it up only to find out it was another customer’s bike! To add insult to injury, the salesman looked me dead in the eyes in front of his manager and told me he never called me two hours earlier! So mistakes and faux pas happen…but really? I was going to give 1 star, but the parts counter guys have been good to deal with.

Had a great experience buying here from George. These folks ride. Also got excellent advice from the parts guy on tires for my FE350s. The bike was getting a tone of traction. The stock dual sport tires would be useless but his recommend was affordable and work incredibly well. I'll be back for any service needs for sure. Great shop!
