Yes! Aitomotive were able to get my vehicle in rights away. They were friendly, understanding and reliable. The process was done mostly through text, which was great for a busy working mom. No missed phone calls and text ready for me when I had a minute. That made things so efficient for me. They did a great job.

This was my 3rd time dealing with Yes Automotive. I dealt with Brooke and Amy over the phone and Jason did the repairs on my 2014 Buick Encore. Jason did a masterful performance on the repairs! This Encore wants to get out and go! Brooke and Amy worked with Route 66 (my warranty company) to perfection! You people make it easy on the customer to say YES, that's my place!

I’ve used Yes Automotive twice, and will be using them anytime I have an issue. Both times they got me in quick, were honest, and fixed the issue thoroughly. Finding a honest and reputable car repair shop can be daunting, but I recommend Yes Automotive for any repair.

We showed up right around 7:00 p.m. which is when the lot closes... Amy I do believe is her name and then Brian and our salesman Jose we're very very helpful very very nice and they were amazing to work with. The only reason we chose yes automotive was because they get a employment perks with home helpers who I am employed through so we get discounts, I do not even know if the place beforehand! They got us into our new 2020 Chrysler Voyager LX tonight around 9:00 p.m.! So we kept them over what they originally stay in a day two extra hours! But I tell you what you could not tell they were ready to go home you could not tell that they were upset we were there if they were they were very kind. I have dealt with a lot of people who work for car lots at salesman or owners what have you and I've had bad experience and so I was skeptical on going and financing a car through anybody. But we did we did it today and we got a new vehicle thanks to those that helped us at yes automotive!! Thank you three so much we couldn't be happier!

Excellent customer service from the moment I stepped in the door! I had questions about what I needed to do with my check engine light on. They let me know what was needed to be done on my car. Brook and Taylor both helped me get an appointment scheduled!
