It was my first time in the store and the staff was so nice and helpful! They helped me with what I needed and they had a quick delivery time. This is my go-to furniture store for the foreseeable future!

Received a flyer in the mail about a large-scale sale, so I stopped by this location. No one greeted me or even acknowledged my existence, though both couples that came in before and after me were greeted. I walked around the entire store and didn't see much in the way of sale prices, but definitely didn't feel welcome. Definitely disappointed since it was a 90 minute drive round-trip. Now I know.

Went in a couple weeks ago for the "sale" that was supoose to be the most discounted furniture ever, extremely exclusive per the letter I got in the mail. The prices were extremely high, even the sale price. The Old Cannery is cheaper, and that's saying something. The place felt like stepping into the 90s, clearly no maintenance done since then either. I'd rather go anywhere else for furniture.

My husband and I bought our couches here. We came in not expecting to buy quite yet, but ended up finding the perfect couches. We even went back a bit later to add the recliner. The people that helped us were very friendly. They allowed us to delay the delivery due to getting our floors redone. When we called to have them delivered, they didn't even make us wait. I think we had them in a day or 2, mind you it was a holiday weekend as well. We appreciate them so much. Everyone loves our couches and we make sure to tell everyone where we got them!

Stopped by to look for a swivel rocker since mine was not working right. After pricing new ones I asked if they did repairs. Much to my surprise they do. So fixed my old one & was much cheaper than buying a new one. They may have lost out on a big sale but gained a fan & will be vocal about the great service!
