This place is a joke. Under Steve and Brian it feels less like a security company and more like an amateur theater troupe playing dress-up. Everyone’s got a badge and a swagger but none of the training, discipline, or professionalism to back it up. The staff spend more time flexing and posturing than actually doing security work. Think costume department meets power-trip convention. If you want competent protection, don’t hire these clowns. If you want dramatic performances and fragile egos in uniform, by all means, enjoy the show.

Rank is great. They do not always have someone on duty for our area. Highly recommend for businesses. 9 times out of 10 they respond to alarms at my business. They are already on location when I arrive late at night. After I unlock the door, they clear the building for me with their guns drawn. Very nice service.

Security officer Ogden walked in on my wife while she was changing her clothes at Doctors Medical center ER claiming he was "doing his rounds" when he opened the curtain to look in on her then wouldn't give me his full name and spelling so I could file a complaint, he then tried to lie and say the curtain was open when my wife watched him pull it open and look in at her. I called Rank to speak to someone in charge and was told that they would have someone call me and I'm still waiting for someone in charge to call me so I can file my complaint on the violation of my wife's privacy by Ogden.

They are always on the job even when you don't want them there they seem to find you ....that's crazy
