Window World of Northeast Arkansas

Window World is awesome. I’ve used them 3 times. Twice in Jonesboro they replaced all windows and gutters and once in Cherokee Village for gutters only. It looks so great. They do good work. They are professional, timely and their services & products are priced right. I definitely recommend Window World of NEA located in Jonesboro and they serve a wide range of areas. They installed perfectly and matched my house color with the correct gutter color I definitely will use them again if I need windows or gutters. Please call them first you'll be glad you did!

Window World installed both windows and doors in my home. I had been told the job would probably take most of three days. It was completed in 2 full days, May 19th and 20th. I am pleased with the crew, the work, and the product. I had dreaded having a crew in my home, disrupting my life. Chad, the Crew Leader, Gavin and Braydan were polite, cooperative and pleasant. They worked well together to accomplish the job. While I am pleased with all the windows and doors, the sunporch and the large living room window are especially nice. The sunporch shown in three of the pictures below looks like a totally different room. The solid door was replaced with a door with a plain window resulting in a third window wall. The large picture window shown below is gorgeous. I now want a curtain that does not hide the window. The living room door was solid. It was replaced by the door in the last picture. I like being able to have curtains and drapes open so the house is light. These windows and doors allow that, but keep the heat out. My house is much more comfortable now. Thank you Window World.

I can't say enough good things about Window World! If there was a way to give more than 5 stars, I sure would! They were soooo understanding and easy to do business with! They helped us and took care of us when we were going through some very, very trying times. They have been nothing but patient and helpful. Nathan, Misty, Randy, and everyone we dealt with was so polite and kind and it was a true blessing to get to know them all. Their installers were always so kind and compassionate and easy to work with as well. I would recommend them over and over again! Randy and his team at Window World are just exceptional to work with! If you're on the fence about giving them a call, just do it! You won't regret it!! They have all literally been one of our greatest blessings!

Chad and his crew installed windows and a sliding door. Very professional and courteous. I have an injured back and they went above and beyond helping me get my curtains down. Gavin came back the next day to put the wheels on my sliding door. He was also very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Window World.

Chad was very friendly and did an amazing job on our window installation and framing. It was a tough task pulling out a full wall of old 1950's roll out windows but he did an awesome job and everything turned out beautiful. We could not be happier. Nathan did a great job helping us choose our new windows and was very helpful throughout the process.

I don’t know about others experience with this company, but we’ve had a horrible experience with Window World. They installed our whole house full of windows last summer, but we just found out their warranty starts with the contract date although we waited 2 months to get them installed. How could we have a warranty claim before they werr installed We knew it would take awhile, but when we did get them, one was the wrong color and they tried to talk us into keeping up with a $100 credit. Really, I want the wrong color window? Then they measured one the wrong size so we had to wait an additional almost 2 months with 4 months total of plywood over our windows. Now our caulk outside has yellowed on our white windows. It looks bad. Guess what, it is not covered in our warranty and it’s been a year since we signed the contract. I’m making sure everyone knows about our experience. I would think that spending $15,000 on new windows would get good windows with people that stand behind their product. As you can see, they don’t. On a positive note, the installers were great. The salesman measured incorrectly and ordered color incorrectly. Also, the salesman told us they could do our large front window the same size it was and AFTER we signed the contract, he called and told us it would be another $1,000. No! He said they could do it. The end result was a compromise that is ok at no extra charge. We did have a charge of $1,000 extra on “miscellaneous supplies.” They still won’t tell us what that is for. Let me say that we did not get a military discount. There was an excuse for that also.

Ordered windows for the entire house to replace 25 year old originals. They showed up a month early. Install took less than a day for all of our windows. All measurements were precise and fit perfectly. Crews cleaned up well and were respectful during entire process answering all questions. Well be referring them to others.
