We had to replace all of our windows and sliding glass doors in our home. It came out to over 40 windows and doors in total. After two other quotes, I called Premier Windows. Their price was the best. John’s presentation was informative and gave me a sense of peace. We also had a big change on one wall from French doors to a picture window. Nelson and his team were absolutely AMAZING and professional during the install process. Nelson was so very helpful on every aspect of the install. Communication with all of the team members was exceptional! The windows and sliding glass doors are stunning and function very well! I recommend this company a million times!

We shopped around a little and decided to give Premier Windows our business. We feel that we made an excellent decision! Owner John Lambert and installer Nelson Robin were amazing to work with. We replaced 12 aluminum windows that were 20 years old. Turn around was rather quick and installation was about five hours. John's a straight shooter and gave us a couple options to choose from for our windows needs. Nelson was very kind and works efficiently. I really enjoyed working with these guys! I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process, from John's initial speedy quote to the final sale and installation carried out by Brady. The service I received was exactly as advertised, and I am very satisfied with the 5-star experience.

John and the Premiere Windows team were wonderful. Excellent customer service, extremely competitive prices and a very attentive installation crew that addressed all our needs and did the install of nearly all our house windows in less than a day. We recently had to upgrade our windows since they were over 20 years old and had started showing some issues. I contacted three different companies. One was extremely expensive, the other one was somewhat competitive but they never sent a quote or followed up, and then there was Premier Windows, with John leading the way, who provided a great experience from the beginning and all the way until the windows were installed. He was very educational and very upfront, which I truly appreciated. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. As you may know, replacing all the windows in a home is not a small expense, hence you want to make sure you are getting the best product available within your budget. The whole process was great. He walked me through the window selection process and explained the benefits and differences between the options available. I was kept informed of the progress with the windows and the timeline for the installation. The team that came to install the windows (Nelson and company) did a great job and were very professional. They methodically changed every window, being careful with removing the blinds, and cleaning up immediately after the window install was completed. I was very impressed with their quality of work, and they completed the whole process in a day. At the end of the day, we did a walkthrough and Nelson made sure to explain what I needed to know, and to answer any questions I had. There were a few things that needed to be fixed (nothing major, just small scratches and some parts of a couple of window sills), so Nelson came back later on to fix those and to check the seal on the windows after it had cured. Overall I am extremely pleased with the experience, and would highly recommend John and his team. While looking for options, I read a lot of reviews (again, because this isn't a small investment) and I confirmed why Premier Windows is highly rated.

My wife and I had some water damage because of a leaking builder grade window. We had 5 separate quotes from various companies and we chose John from Premier. Just the process of getting window quotes is intense and frustrating. It’s like amplifying used car sales creepiness by 10 and inviting that into your home. John was different. He respected our time answered our questions and gave us a viable quote. We sought financing and ordered the windows and had them installed. The installation team was efficient and worked to be clean while being friendly the entire time. We had some minor issues after installation which were addressed immediately. Overall we had a good experience with Premier and we are glad that we went with a local company.

If you are looking for a professional and personalized experience and want to use a locally owned business then you must go with Premier Windows. They were so great to work with and truly cared that we get the right look and style of window that we were looking for. The install was done by a professional carpenter and with attention to detail. Unlike some of the bigger name national window companies they really focus on the client and the quality of the work and selection of window. Their focus is on quality over quantity of sales. Could not be happier.
