We contacted Hiegel for a bid. They set up a day & time to measure and were right on time. They also wrote the book on customer service. Returning calls and answering questions in a timely manner. And always kind & considerate. Special shout out to Katy who mainly assisted us. But Katy stepped out for lunch & I spoke to Lizzy. She had been briefed on our job and happily answered my question! Both ladies are excellent! Hiegel also came in with a bid that was right in the middle of the three we obtained. Very fair & competitive pricing! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about Hiegle!! Great service, saved us a lot of money and you can even hear the smiles over the phone! Give em a call!! I definitely recommend. Not sure why there are 1 star reviews. Bad customer service happens and I am sure it is by mistake.

Talk about 5 star service. I own a pharmacy in Conway. My store was burglarized early in the morning and by lunch time my glass window was fixed. The office staff was very understanding and easy to deal with. A+ service from a local company!

Hiegel replaced a broken insulated window pane for me. The install took less than 30 min. The installer was polite and did a great job. Very happy with my service from measurement, to payment, to install.
