I ordered custom cushion covers from Best Fabric Store. Best Fabric made sure they arrived on time even though they had staff out ill. I told them not to worry, healthy people are more important than cushion covers. Honestly, the quality of the craftsmanship and their customer service is beyond compare.

I am very frustrated over this company's lack of communication. I have emailed and phoned several times in an attempt to place a custom order. I do not get a return call or email - and the woman I spoke to on the phone yesterday was downright hostile and made no attempt to solve my issue. Clearly, they are not interested in my business! Dann, I just read your response and my heart sank. I did not "threaten" the woman I spoke to with a bad Google review. This is simply untrue. After several emails that went unanswered regarding custom pillows, I called your business and told the woman who answered the phone that I would appreciate a call or email with a simple response - can your company make four pillows for me - or are you too slammed with new business? I told her if you all were too busy, no worries. Just please communicate. I was taken aback that she did not try to solve my issue, and quite frankly, in my honest opinion, was a little hostile. A simple, "we are very busy but will get back to you as soon as we can" would have satisfied me. But instead, you, Dann, sent me two very personal and emotional emails. I'm truly sorry that you chose this route.

Oh, my goodness. I haven't even been to their store yet and I want to go so badly! My mother recently found their warehouse while lost searching for a place to move. Her and I both love collecting fabric and anything related to sewing and crafts of the like. She sent me pictures of isles and isles of fabric. Colors and patterns on sattin that I've never seen before. And at prices I had never immagined were possible with today's economy. It makes my heart giddy with glee to see so much fabric in one place. I have a feeling I'm going to be going to them exclusively for all my sewing and crafting endeavors! Haha.

I included a note that the pillow I was having made was for the back of my couch, and I wanted it firm, but not overly firm. What I got was something softer than a bed pillow. You sink right into it and there is no support at all.They did not follow directions, and it was a big waste of money. They had assured me they would make it as firm as I want it, and they didnt even come close. They have the same amount of stuffing in the large pillow as they do the small pillows.

I’m very disappointed. I ordered fabric online and once I received it noticed it was too dark in comparison to the portion I want to replace. I then contact Best Fabric Sore.com to request a return label and was told via e-male the return was at my own expense. I paid $4.95 for shipping when I ordered the fabric and would have to pay a little over $19.00 to return it using the same shipping method FedEx Express. I ask the young man at FedEx; why was it so much more than I originally paid for shipping he told me businesses get a discount. I paid $22.89 for the fabric and would have to pay a little over $19.00 to return it so I would actually get $3.00 back. Not good business.

This is the best place to buy fabric! I ordered some fabric that I wasn't quite pleased with- sent an email to the company and they answered right away. They offered to reship the fabric at no charge and were so helpful ! Shipping cost is lower than most places and the selection is AMAZING! You have to give this place a try- I'll buy all the fabric I can from these great people. Thanks!!
