Highly recommend! We had another local gas company call and cancel the morning they were scheduled to be at our house.. we were desperately needing our propane hooked up since we moved in our new house expecting the other gas company to be there first thing in the morning. Called Vaughan Gas Company and they were out here and everything completed within hours!!! Super friendly, hard working, and efficient!

Dealt with Vaughan’s Tuscumbia location for 4 years and have NEVER had a problem. Normally don’t write reviews, but had an emergency today. I called the manager and in about an hour’s time, they were there to fill my tanks. Customer service is always fantastic, too!!!

Needed to fill three tanks only to see a sign at Vaughan that said they were unable to fill tanks that day, yesterday!! Local people are always screaming, "BUY LOCAL!" I did, I then went to our local Walmart and swapped my empties for full tanks. Will go yo Walmart from now on.

PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH VAUGHAN GAS. Just spoke with CHRISTY .Asked her if I could get four 20 gallon tanks certified and filled. She said I'd have to leave them a few days. She actually told me it's not a priority and they have other customers that are a higher priority. HOW DO YOU GET AWAY WITH BASICALLY TELLING ME I'M NOT A PRIORITY I'm a business owner and could never get away with that.

Left a cylinder to be recertified and filled 3 weeks ago, still no cylinder or Propane. Now, phone goes straight to voicemail but mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. If they can't do it that is fine, but they should not have told me, it would be about a week. I based my decision to leave it with them based on being told it was a week turnaround. I would have gladly carried it somewhere else if they were too busy or did not want to do it.

Patrick Mitchell at Vaughan gas in Tuscumbia is very knowledgeable and was able to help help me find parts for my old gas fireplace. I went to several stores and even Amazon with no luck, I called Vaughan gas Patrick asked me to send him a pic of the part I needed and he found it and had it ready for me the next day!!

Sucks. Had my 30 lbs tanks recertification. They leak more than before. Could have burned my camper down.
