Great people. Friendly. I bought a bunch of furniture for my new home - couch, bed, dresser and side stand, washer & dryer. I like that I have 12 months zero interest to pay it all off. I bought the furniture from Paige. She was wonderful. I forgot the salespersons name who sold me the washer and dryer, but she's great too. I visited again for a living room side table. They're always super helpful!

Customer service that another mattress would not help my back when the 7mo old new caved in. Page was the ONLYsales rep that took anichative in resolution, assistance and care. She deserves to be over Customer Service. She knows her buisness

The buying process was great but the delivery guys were rude and acted like they didnt want to be there. Bit i love my furniture thanks So much

Customer service was excellent. They made the order , and had it delivered in just a few days. Delivery guys did a great job as well. I'm enjoying my COMFORTABLE living room couch and chair . Time to relax and enjoy

I could not be more pleased than I was with the customer service at the Sylacauga Farmer's Furniture. The staff was friendly and eager to help. My daughter and I were fortunate that Deanna became our sales person. I am a retired interior decorator; my daughter is a busy professional court stenographer. Deanna tirelessly worked to show us options based on the criteria we gave her. She willingly moved furniture so that we could see combinations that were different from the store displays. She understood my need to plan furniture placement so that what we selected would function once it was delivered. Deanna went the extra mile to insure promised delivery. One item was on a delayed back order. Luckily after exhausting normal channels Deanna located it for us at another store. She worked tenaciously to help us achieve our goals. I am certain she would do the same for you. She is the epitome of good customer service!

Paula at Farmers furniture in Sylacauga Really helped me. My microwave broke and all I had to do was go and talk to her and she made it happen. Thank you Paula

I was going to give 5 stars but unfortunately I'm not able to do so at this time. Let's first start by saying the people in house are great they really were just great people very helpful and made the buying experience a great one. That being said. This place failed when it came to the delivery side of the process. Was told it would be delivered Tuesday I took some sometime off work to make sure I was there. Called and was told the delivery would be between 12 pm and 2 pm. And that I was next delivery and was assured they would be right over. 12 came and went 1 came and went 2 came and went 3 came and went. I called again and was told they are out on another delivery and assured me I was Next again. I informed them that I took off some time from work to be there. I said I need to get back to work and my wife would be waiting. About an hour later I got a call saying that now the delivery would be between 6-630 pm . My kids go to bed at 7 6:30 came and went and they were there at 7-7:15 ish and my wife had to wait up and keep the kids up Incase they came as she wouldn't be available to answer the door and get the little ones in bed. All in all beautiful furniture nice staff. Horrible delivery and communication. So it's a 3 star.
