From a real estate closing aspect, this was a great lender to work with. They were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to close on time in advance of closing. Victoria, in particular, was great and they were very efficient! Would definitely recommend.

I will be pulling all my money from this bank. If you look like me TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! FRAUDULENT CHARGES HAVE WENT THROUGH ON MY CARD NUMEROUS TIMES ..not only that came to cash a check with my maiden which is the same name that was used to open the account they said it was fraudulent then as I was leaving ask me to come back because somehow they magically discovered the paperwork that showed my maiden name which they say is what “saved “ me LOL WRONG I SAVED YOU by bringing my money here which in returns help you have a job! THE ARE SO LOW BUDGET THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE SHARED BRANCHES! Customer service is horrible especially JENNIFER!

The customer service here is terrible. You get an auto loan then they can’t get title work done in time to keep from paying state late penalties when you go to purchase a tag. Have been a customer at Tyndal for 10 years and this is how they treat me. Good bye I don’t need you and don’t recommend anyone using this place in Spanish fort Al

Being a member has been a good experience. Staff is friendly and efficient. Not the best rates on accounts but make up with special programs. I do business with a major bank as well but this is where I go 75% of the time.

I've had no issues thus far with this institution and I am very happy and appreciative. They intercepted fraud that was about to take place with my debit card and froze it. At first, I was upset because my card kept being declined until I found out the credit union had done it. I am so grateful to know that I have a little extra security! I certainly DO NOT mind visiting a branch to receive a new card. THANK YOU!

The previous manager (Ivy Armstrong) was fantastic, very professional & knowledgeable, Kellie & Diane were also great… however, this is not the case anymore! The employees working at this location are either not trained or completely incompetent!!! Every Single transaction has needed to be corrected, not to mention an incident where my check was “accidentally” SHREDDED and I was informed my funds were being withdrawn until she found it later. Horrible!

I’m pleasantly surprised that Tyndall put more than advertised into my account as a bonus. Wow, that has never happened for me. Like winning a lotto. Amber and the other women at Spanish Fort have been kind, patient and so easy to talk/ask questions with. Bravo!! Happy Holidays!!!
