The store offers a great selection of sunglasses from top brands, as well as casual apparel from Southern Tide, Vineyard Vines, and more. They have all the neat and niche Southern Brands. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help you find the perfect item. The store is well-organized and clean, making for a pleasant shopping experience. Just left this store in Spanish Fort with a pair of Maui Jim’s. This is my first purchase of quality sunglasses. Allison helped me pick a pair. She asked great questions to help me narrow down the style. She was patient as I tried on numerous pairs. Her honesty on how they looked was very refreshing. I will be back to shop again.

Love this store. The employees are very friendly. The products are usually in well stock. I really wish they had a much larger section for youth. Also missing the vinyard vines products being in stock for youth. I know covid has take a toll on product stock, so hopefully this will get back to normal as soon as the world does. Especially the vintage tees, fall and summer. We love every brand this store has. The prices are reasonable also. Store location in both near counties, very convenient. Thanks for great products, employees and locations!

The front door was propped open. 40 degrees out. FREEZING in the store. Too uncomfortable to shop. Complained to the staff, they ignored me as all 3 girls were too busy talking and playing on their phones. Lost a long time customer for ignorance to customer comfort. With staff like this, your store will not make it much longer. Go to Coastal Outfitters - friendly and helpful staff willing to look up from their phones to help you.

Great customer service at this location , but had issues with Ray ban glasses , we went to check out and noticed the frame was bent. So we showed them and they called the mobile location to see if they had another pair and they did. So we went all the way across the bay to get the same glasses got over thier and the frame was bent on another pair. The guy said oh yeah all those ray bans came in bent like that.

I am truly impressed with the customer service at Shades in Spanish Fort! Zach & Carlie went out of their way to help me. I'm extremely picky and they were so patient and kind! I've been to other Shades locations but this one is definitely my favorite. It will also be the only one I deal with now🙂

There were 3 nice gentlemen in the store today that treated me with full respect and helped me with everything I needed there names were Ethan chandler and pat and they had one of the nicest dogs ever
