I had an outstanding experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts recently, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Noah. I went in needing help with the AC in my car and was unsure about what to buy. Not only did Noah explain exactly what I needed to recharge my air system, but he also went above and beyond by walking outside with me to make sure I was installing the product correctly. His knowledge and patience made the whole process so much easier. It’s rare to find service this thoughtful and genuine these days—Noah truly exemplifies what great customer service should look like. First five stars review was where I didn't end up buying anything. I had an air conditioning issue, and we tried to refill the Freon. However, it was already full. We had a very pleasant return that was so friendly and understanding! A+++

I went in to have my key fob battery changed. One guy working was outside helping a guy change his car battery and only one other guy was in the store (that I was aware of). I told him my problem and he said he was afraid he'd break it and refused to help me. His response made no sense to me so I went outside and waited for the other guy to finish. I told him it was very simple, all I needed was a new car fob battery and I could open it myself. The other gentleman was indignant when I explained how easy it was and said "you want me to call the manager?!?" I told him it wasn't necessary, I just wanted him to help women when they walked in. The other guy helped me. Needless to say I walked in to a business as a paying customer and in a a great mood and left in a terrible mood vowing to never go there again. I called the next day and tried to talk to the assistant manager, long story short, he hung up on me and said I could call the regional manager. So, a couple of hours later I called the store manager and he told me a completely different version of events this guy spun to him when he and I were there alone (before I walked out to get help from the other worker) and the store manager said he believes his guys, called me a racist since I didn't know where the store employee was from, and all but called me a liar while inviting me to call the district manager he told me he has already talked to with his version of events. ALL of this happened because I walked in to their store and asked a employee to change something as simple as a key battery. I'll never go back.

Excellent Service! I've brought my old 2009 Impala to this store several times and they've been so helpful. Hendrick especially goes over & above to make sure my car has everything it needs. So thankful for this excellent team!
