Ordered some last minute balloons and went in to pick them up a couple of hours early and the lady was very accommodating. I think she was the manager, black curly hair. Thank you lady!

Needed one item, associate was a little distracted before assisting in location but managed to give accurate directions. Thus is a well stocked store with tons of items in all reasonable price ranges. Parking is near and well illuminated. Handicap accessible everything. Lots of clearance. Easy access to and from I-10 and 181. South side of Eastern Shore Shopping Centre.

Good selection of some niche tools and supplies. However at this location, went to checkout and the lady in front of me was told there was no 40% sale on candles that she wanted to purchase. She said she would double check and be back, I then proceeded to checkout, and the two girls cashiering today called her names and claimed she'd come back with a photoshopped image to try and save a buck. Gee, what a privilege to view 40% off of a $15 candle as $1. Anyways, I checkout, then go back to where the candles are, and here's my UN-PHOTOSHOPPED image attached. Sufficed to say the staff are ill-informed, unskilled in basic percentages, but more importantly just arrogant in this instance. Here's to hoping that this changes in the future

I have never received the customer service that Melanie gave me. Top notch! She helped me so incredibly much with my vision I had in my head. She should be the face of Michael’s. This woman needs a raise or promotion! I will always shop at Michaels because my experience with Melanie! Michaels, you have a gem of an employee!
