It's really amazing how you can customize almost anything! I thought I was never going to find perfect chair for my bedroom, but because I got to pick my fabric and even the color of the legs, it's just perfect! The staff is really knowledgeable, and everybody was very nice.

Delivery was well inside the window Thank Goodness. We were a Given a 4 hour window- The guys were amazingly efficient and worked well together-they were friendly and I would highly recommend them both. They went above and beyond to make sure everything worked as it should - placed where we wanted it- and didn’t leave until then. Very pleased. Happy with our new couch and chairs order.

Buying furniture is an investment. I decided to shop Lazy Boy because my sister bought her furniture at the store in Spanish Fort and was extremely satisfied. And I will say I have been as well. I purchased the Kennedy Sofa and Love Seat, a Roundabout Ottoman, a Console, and two end tables. In addition, I purchased three rugs and one lamp. I am very happy with my choices! The best part of this experience was the Sales Associate, Dylan Golden, and the Designer, Megan Burgess. They help me choose the perfect color and design for my room. They were very patient with me as I changed my mind several times. I highly recommend Lazy Boy!

Caution. Purchased a recliner. Picked up on Sunday afternoon and returned on Monday morning. Informed that my credit card would be credited. I called back a week later and was told it would take 7-10 days for accounting department to credit my card back. Also, called back on the 9th day. I kept getting the same run around. I filed a credit card dispute on the 10th day. It’s been 11 days and no action by Laz-Boy. I really don’t understand why they won’t process the credit. The sales person was very good, nice and helpful. March 25, 2025. The chair was returned on Feb 17, 2025. It's now March 25, 2025. How long does it take to credit back to my account?

****EDIT The owner did reach out. I supplied them with our supporting documentation, order numbers, and points of contact. However, I still cannot in good faith recommend this store to anyone. We placed an order on Feb 18 online, paid the deposit and had a confirmation number and everything. After waiting 7 weeks and not receiving a chair we made an inquiry. The response we got was that it had been forwarded to the local store... and the local store had never placed an order, despite us having a confirmation number AND paying the full deposit? Regardless, the service rep at the store then proceeded to tell us the order hadn't been cancelled because one had never been placed... but when she sent the link to potentially re-order the chair it clearly states the order had been cancelled. Calling La-Z-Boy online services the rep stated that apparently the store tried to contact us "on multiple occasions," this however is a lie, the only communication we received was one phone call on Apr 1 which just stated, "call me back"... which we did. Anyways, customer service is poor, I did get my money back rather painlessly which is more than can be said from other reviews. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. ************************************************************

Terra helped us find a sectional sofa and we absolutely love it. It is the most comfortable sofa we have ever sat on. What is so nice about Lazy Boy is the furniture is made for you. Terra called when the furniture would be delivered , the delivery person called when they were an hour out. The delivery people was very nice and efficient. We will definitely buy there again if the need be and we would recommend this store . The personnel is very nice to deal with.
