Big Hit Sports Cards

Great shop. The young man working checked on me several times and gave me room to look around. The store is easily divided between sports cards on the left and Pokémon/Magic cards on the right. As is the case with the hobby in general, hobby boxes are outrageously priced (not the shop’s fault) but individual cards are reasonable. I picked up some sleeves and toploaders along with a ‘93 Bowman Jeter RC and a ‘92-‘93 Topps Shaq RC for $32. It’s a nice shop with some affordable items. Overall, this is one of the better card shops I’ve visited in a minute. I visited a few years back when they were remodeling and was told the updates would be worth coming back for….they were right!

Best card shop in Alabama! They have tons of wax, including vintage, tons of singles of all sports at very good prices. My favorite part of the shop was the free card table where I spent over an hour looking through their huge variety of cards. Owner was very pleasant and helpful as well. Make sure you stop by.

I brought my buddies on Labor Day to come shop. They bought some football and baseball stuff. If u love baseball stuff, go to this store. Overall, pretty solid stuff in here. Had a good past few experiences. Which has made up for some past negative experiences I’ve had there. Main guy is a solid card dealer. I’ve known him for years. Only reason this didn’t get 5 stars is that I wish they had basketball from 2019-21. Once the new draft class comes out for basketball, most product in the past sort of disappears. I could be wrong but I love opening cards from Haliburton Draft class. I’ll change my review to 5 stars if they do in fact have stuff from Hali or Luka draft class!

An amazing collector store. I personally make a 1.5 hour minute drive (to & from) just to shop at this location. Nathan and his staff are always super nice and communicate in a super professional manner. They remain competitive as the market fluctuates and always ensure the customer is satisfied and informed with their purchase. They support their community in many different ways at card shows and other local events and ensure to give back to them including those of military status/background. I am always happy to bring my business here. I highly recommend this place as they have an excellent selection of Collectibles/Singles/Wax/MUCH MORE!

Our boys love this place...Pokemon heaven. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Not only Pokemon. They also have sports cards and memorabilia along with comic books. We will be back. Don't forget to join their rewards program.

Fantastic shop but even better people. Every time I go in I’m treated like family. Nathan even allows me to dig through boxes that are not even on the floor yet. If you are ever passing through… check them out! They have everything you need from Blasters,Mega Boxes, Hobby boxes and even Cases! They also have every supply you can possibly need!

Whoever the guy with the pony tail is, he’s terribly rude. I walked in with a few cards to sell, and after nearly twenty minutes of standing at the counter and watching him sit at his computer, he finally acknowledged me. Never introduced himself, just grabbed the cards and rifled through them. Wasn’t interested in any of them, which is completely fine, I can’t force you to be interested. But when he was done rifling, he picked one card and held it up. Said, “worth about ten bucks, good luck,” and proceeded to lightly frisbee toss it back onto the other cards. Never waited for a response or allowed any other exchange before he turned his back and walked back to his computer. At the time, I was new to all of this and it was absolutely embarrassing being treated that way. Definitely will not be back and if you’re new to this, maybe try a different spot with anyone else who has better customer service.

Best place on the East Coast. The owners are really cool. They're honest with you. They have all kinds of way to help you buy and sell cards. And if you don't know something, they can help you out. This place is legit. I do recommend and, A+++ for the best card shop around. Also get your cards graded here. See picture below.
