Bobcat of Gadsden

"I recently purchased a T66 skid steer from Bobcat of Gadsden, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Alex. He was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and helped me find the perfect machine for my needs. Alex was patient, answering all my questions and walking me through the different features. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend Alex and Bobcat of Gadsden to anyone in the market for Bobcat equipment!"

I was told to bring my mower right in and they would get right on it it's been two and a half weeks now. They said that they have checked it a few times and it keeps blowing a fuse but to me it looks like it's in the same spot for the last 2 weeks.

Had an excellent experience working with Brian Phillips discussing my options on a skid steer for farm and small business needs. Look forward to working with Brian in the future for all my equipment needs. Brain is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in listening to my needs and concerns when making decisions for my future.

This is one of the best places in the gadsden area to do business with. They are honest and dependable . The Manager Brian Phillips is a man that is true to his word and stands behind his product .

These people, this dealership, and it all comes back to the ownership, and how they manage it. Are absolutely amazing. They know how to do business efficiently. Best price in the United States. I just bought a bobcat T770 and I am incredibly impressed by their service

Worst experience ever! I bought a machine from this company they delivered it and as soon as it come off the trailer we were test driving it and it almost caught fire and the driver motor was bad. They still tried to charge me to deliver it I called Wes my sales person to see if I had to pay for the delivery he said yes it has to go through the chain of command but may be able to be refunded. So they took the machine back have promised me it would be back to me on Friday I still don’t have the machine. I talk to the Regional manager all he can tell me is he is sorry ! Sorry me and my bussiness is loosing thousands of dollars cause I can’t go to work cause of their mistake ! I asked him if he would rent me a machine at least to make this right and he told me no he is not doing that . I told him I don’t even want it no more and he told me I was stuck with and could sell it . Mind you I just almost $50,000 with this company and know multiple people who buy skid steers daily. All I have been getting is excuses after excuses and no one trying to make anything right to me and my bussiness which has lost thousands of dollars . I would not recommend buying anything from them with the customer service they all have . I have spoke to the regional manager every manage and my sales person and still nothing but poor excuses .

I own Mann’s Construction in the Birmingham area. I’ve been building homes and remodeling since 2011. Bobcat of Gadsden has always been a seamless partner for me whether it’s a rental, lease, or purchase. The exchange is always quick, fair, and easy. I’ve never gotten a problematic machine. The back shop is polite, there for me (even after hours), and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend them! Thank you all for being an asset to my business. Sincerely, Eric Mann
