This place is also called Moncrief Appliance LLC. I had to google the address from their business card to find this business page listed to leave a review. The owners of the house we’re renting purchased a washer and dryer set from this business June 3, 2025. Immediately the washing machine was leaking when they delivered the set. They said they would come back to repair it. They finally came back and picked it up on June 9 to repair it. It was then returned to us on June 11th. This was a frustrating process because I had to bug them for updates and times. Their communication and professionalism is severely lacking. I would wait hours for updates or for their techs to arrive, they were never on time and I had to always ask for times/updates. Now, on Aug 3rd. the washing machine no longer agitates during the cycle, essentially not washing the clothes. I contacted them about this that day via email since it was a Sunday. I emailed them a video of what was going on and asked that they let me know when someone could come out. I waited until August 6th and heard nothing. So I texted them again, resent all the information and video asking them to schedule someone to come out and let me know when they could come since this is still under their 90 day warranty until September. I did receive a response, and sent them info they asked for. I was told that they would get back with me on when someone could come out. I heard nothing back. Sent them another text on Thursday asking if they had an update, they read the text and never responded. I understand that they only paid $500 for this set and it may not be worth it financially for them to behave as a professional business and communicate in a timely manner with their customers and get someone out to repair the machines that they are selling. However, I wonder if they realize that over time this is going to hurt their reputation, and rightfully so, and cost them future business. Get someone that has better business sense to run your office affairs and handle your customer service, because right now I would never recommend you to anyone. Which is a shame because there are so few places like this in the greater Montgomery area that you could have a very successful operation. I’ve done my best to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt to this business, but this is a last resort to get them to handle their business appropriately.

Purchased a washer/dryer from them in July. Delivery and set up were great. Recently noticed that the washer is leaking and when I pulled it out, something from under the washer has been grinding into my floor and left a large groove. Also past the 90 days warranty to have this fixed.

My Parents bought a washer From these people a month ago maybe washer issue bein my parents brought said washer home they have to take washer back to store and my parents are elderly sorry way to do business

So I bought a washer for my mom and we had an issue with the washer giving an error code which it took them about 3 days to fix. When they brought it back. We washed clothes like normal, we haven’t had it for a week and as my mom was washing clothes she heard a sound, looked at the washer it was smoking. She smelt burning and unplugged it. We called them 4 days ago to see if someone could come out they told my mom that someone would be at the house Tuesday. No call no show. My mom called them back that day Jessica said someone would be out Wednesday, again. No call no show my mom called again that Wednesday and seem like they blocked my mom’s number I called and they said someone would be out Thursday yet again no call no show. We called today Jan. 17 2025 at 2:49pm and they claimed they moved our day but no body called to let us know nothing. I spoke to Jessica were she stated she was calling the people who would be at the house to “fix the washer” AGAIN to see when they might come and would call me back its now 4:04 pm and I have not gotten a call and my mom has not either. Since it was an fire hazard due to the washer being next to a GAS HEATER and they not taking this serious I might need to speak to someone who can help me with this legally. Update as of Jan 17 2025 5:35 pm someone came out and switched out the washer to fix the previous washer will keep updating. Part two of update they gave up the washer we sold to them and took the one we bought. No refund or nothing. Never do business with these low down people.

I bought a washer and dryer from them. There was a problem with the dryer switch when I called them it was picked up the next day and was repaired the next day. The same with my washer. My service was done in a timely matter. Very satisfied with my washer and dryer and the service I received. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for used appliances

Washer delivered on Monday. Loud rattle when going into spin cycle. Notified Jessica at store on Tuesday. Repair man supposed to come by Friday. No show and no call. Contacted Jessica the next Monday. Rescheduled repair for Wednesday...again no show but Jessica called Wednesday after 7pm and said repair man would come today Thursday after 4. It's now 6 and no show or call. Not dependable customer service. Still waiting on them to repair my washer over a week and a half later. 😠 Update.....5 minutes after this review....phone call letting me know repair man on his way. It took the guy about 10 minutes to repair the washer. He said the pump was going bad and replaced it. Runs great now. Only hate it took a week and a half to get it fixed. Pray nothing else goes wrong but if so hope they keep their word and fix the problem quickly.
