Tried to return a kwickset keypad lock purchased 5 months ago and under full warranty- had receipt, original box and all parts- just wanted to exchange for exact item. Was told that they only allow 3 month return, so I had to purchase the replacement and fight with the manufacturer. After hours on hold with the manufacturer, I decided that Home Depot is across the street and the money spent was a valuable lesson. ***Lowe’s responded with a number to call, but have left 3 messages that have not been returned 😡😡😡

3rd visit to location. The ONLY saving grace of the store was Mr.Terry who helped us in the lumber section after the 2 young guys was NO HELP PERIOD. Both African American males couldn't be bothered for help. This was the third time I've been to this location and experiencing the laziness in the :garden section, lumber, tools...THANK YOU MR.TERRY. THANK YOU MRS. LaSAUNDRA for your job dedication, patience ,wonderful personality and fabulous attitude. Some of the customers were friendly and entertaining. The store has a wonderful variety all the way through. A clean restroom.

It is unnerving to see the level of customer service we've come to expect from Lowe's is now falling far beneath the bar. I had a simple return for an item that wasn't used. I was in a great mood until I was reluctantly helped by "LaToya". She made me feel as if I was a bother and interrupting her day. I just wanted to return my item and pickup the correct nomenclature, and be on my merry way. After dealing with this associate I left feeling like a negative cloud was hovering. I hope Lowe's get their employees back up to customer service, and satisfaction standards we've come to so greatly enjoy. If not, we'll definitely have to find other resources, and soon.

Lowe's delivered and came through. To the 2 guys in the Prattville store, sorry I can't remember the names. But they were awesome. And the 2 guys which I wrote their names down, Jose and Antonio, the ones that delivered my fridge, all were respectful and courteous. Those employees came through without any problems. Lowe's..you have 4 great employees on hand, and I will correct the names I forgot. Will visit again soon. Thank you much, Alice Goodwin

The young man in the paint section was extremely helpful to my girlfriend. He showed outstanding customer service, was very knowledgeable, and had a joyful attitude about his work. I can’t remember his name, but he deserves to be recognized. He was a young man that stands out.
