I wish I could give them a negative they are unprofessional and rude. My account was 30 days behind and they are harassing me saying they are sending my account to collections. But took forever to fix my child’s broken bed and kept sending their unprofessional delivery people to my house one gives rapist vibes even after I confronted them … they ignored my request for a different delivery person. He made me feel so uncomfortable that when he came back out I had my dad on FaceTime for safety purposes. The furniture is cheap! Do not shop with them they act like they care but they are a bunch of unprofessional crooks! Shop at Royal Furniture or American Furniture Store!

We purchased the insurance on a new living room suite less than 2 years ago. Already had one service repair. Another section needs repair. We have been waiting months for the manager to call us. Each time we go to the store or call, we are told the manager is gone for the day, she will call us back, and she’ll be in tomorrow.

My husband and I visited FHF recently, looking for a mattress. The sales associate, Vanessa, helped us pick out one. She was very knowledgeable about their products, sharing information about each. Vanessa will be out go-to person if we ever need any other furniture or appliance product.

I had the absolute best experience the other day when i came in. i was just browsing and an associate, Raylee, came over to speak to me. She was so sweet and kind and completely understanding. Definitely will be back!!!

Mrs. Sandy and Ms. Vanessa were amazing!!!! The absolute best!! Please go see them for all your furniture needs!

Framers Home Furniture is a great place to get the things you need. Vanessa is the sales associate there and she's the best, she gives over and beyond
