Carol’s Carpet One Floor & Home

Recently my husband and I purchased new flooring for 4 bedrooms (carpet) and our living room/ dining area (wood) We went ro Carol's carpet in Prattville and got to work with Kasey Thames. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She also gave us options that were similar to what we were looking at, but would save us on cost. That was a big help that we truly appreciated. Everyone that we talked to there when we stopped to make payments or ask questions were very nice and helpful. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring. The installers for both the wood flooring and carpet were very proficient in their job and clea2ned up as they worked. They all did a great job.

I absolutely love my carpet! Trent was super helpful and made the process so easy for me. He listened to what I want, took me straight to the carpet style and colors I asked for, and helped me pick the carpet out within 10 minutes. Trent personally measured the areas and had it installed the following week. Very effective communication and super nice guy!

The entire team were such professionals from the sales associate to the people installing our flooring. They completed everything in a cost friendly manor, including removing tile from both bathrooms. We greatly appreciate their timely and high quality services!!

We have used Carol’s Carpet twice at two different homes. Once for new tile, and a second time for hardwood floors. Kasey did an outstanding job for us both times. She was able to find us the very best fit for our needs in both instances, and her customer service is always top notch. Her eye for design and colors makes the finished product turn out amazing. We will always turn to Kasey and Carol’s Carpet for all of our flooring needs!

Carol's did a beautiful job updating all my flooring! Kasey is awesome from start to finish, and the crews that completed the work used great care and attention to detail. I'm very happy with my new floors and would choose Carol's again!

We absolutely love our new carpet! Trent was great to work with and really helped us select what looks great in our space. The install team was very professional and did a wonderful job. Would definitely work with again and highly recommend. Not sure my photos do it justice!

It was a project as time and $ allowed, a few years, in fact. Eliminate carpet, rolled vinyl, and the dreaded ‘Pergo’. Carol’s Carpet in Prattville saw us through it all. Great support and service from start to finish. We’ve tried others, but these folks set the bar really high. Of course, now my painting, cabinet refinish, etc., have to upgrade to match this new flooring! Thanks, Carol’s Carpet Flooring America!

Casey in Prattville has been great to work with. She helped us pick out the flooring - keeping in mind our needs and budget - for our second floor and stayed in touch throughout the whole process. There were little glitches along the way that were handled with excellent customer service. Any company can do a good job when things go smoothly; the test for a great company is how they handle the bumps in the road. The flooring installers were awesome, and Wade went the extra mile on our stairs. The previous homeowner had a dog that used the landing as a bathroom. After pulling up the old carpet, the urine smell was strong. Wade used his "grandma's secret recipe" to eliminate the odor. He also built a custom piece to fix a gap in the stair risers. A company is only as good as their employees - and Carol's Carpet is excellent!! Oh - and my floors are BEAUTIFUL too! We will be visiting Carol's Carpet when we renovate the kitchen/livingroom/diningroom!
