We were looking for a new couch and found so many beautiful, high-quality options at Ashley Furniture! The service was great (SALES), everyone was super friendly and helpful throughout the process, finding the perfect couch for us. We didn’t expect that they offer a military discount, but they do!☺️We found the perfect couch for us and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!☺️

Found an amazing sofa here at Ashley in Prattville! Emily did awesome job explaining all my questions and her recommendation of this perfect dual power recliner sofa made my day! She even showed me how strong the material of their performance fabric is. Did scratch and odor test with my car key and mustard lol. Enjoyed time here today and will definitely be back for my next furniture.

Sometimes it’s best to just order from an online store be going into this location you going to expect more than what they are willing to give. Once they get your sell the care is out the door. They can’t help solve any problem after it has left the store. Delivery was a joke..I had to drive behind the truck to get the pillows and we was in the middle of a busy intersection instead of them having common sense to pull over in a safe area . Bed frame is cheaply made. The manager is a little incompetent and nonchalant.

Found the most perfect costum sectional thanks to Justin and Bryant. So helpful and checked all boxes, even ones I didn’t know I had! Thank you Leonard for the finance assistance!
