Window World of Muscle Shoals

I couldn’t be happier with my new patio doors from Window World! Nivon and his crew were incredibly nice and professional the entire time. They spent over 4 hours carefully removing the old doors, installing the new ones, adding flashing, trim, and caulking — then cleaned up everything and walked me through how the doors operate. Excellent craftsmanship and great attitudes from start to finish! Highly recommend.

The crew did a great job. The salesman was very knowledgeable. Kathy followed up after the job was done to make sure I was satisfied and to remind me of the awesome warranty.

I recently had Window World install 12 of their windows in my house. The quality of the windows is outstanding. They look great, are extremely functional and easy to clean. The installers were pure perfectionists. They had all the windows installed in one day and the quality of the installation was just as impressive as the windows. Caio, Camilo, and the 2HigorLima crew did an outstanding job installing the windows, were respectful to my property, and cleaned up everything before leaving. Having these windows installed has greatly increased the value of my home. I highly recommend Window World for anyone considering replacement windows.

Kevin and Jim installed my windows and they did a great . Kathy followed up with warranty information.

This crew was fantastic! They worked very hard to give us a great experience and they were very professional! I’m so happy with my new windows! Kathy also followed up after the install and made sure everything was a 10/10. I’d definitely recommend Window World to anyone.

I have purchased a security storm door. And the salesman, Drew was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He walked me thru the steps. And when installation was being done by Sergio and Diego it was another wonderful experience. They were very professional and courteous. Explaining also the workings of it all. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I’d recommend Window World to anyone who wants quality, old fashioned work ethics with manners and kindness. Aaron also came by to measure for my windows. He also was amazingly professional and courteous. So happy I could get everything I needed at Window World. I’d rate a 15 on a scale of 1- 10. That’s how impressed I am. Then Jason stopped by to make sure all was well and took pics. He also was very courteous and professional. Thanks Window World. oh and even the ladies in the office are amazingly nice to work with.

We are so pleased with our new windows that were installed by Luis and his crew!! They did a fantastic job and were so professional. These guys are a 10 out of 10 - extremely hard workers - they get the job done!! This is our second time to use Window World and is the only window company we will use! We are so thankful for Luis and his crew for the installation and Raymond coming by to see if we had questions on the process. Loving our new windows!!
