We just bought a house and had absolutely no clue what we were doing, but Jeremy from R and B Services was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly, patient, and got us fixed up in no time. He made the whole process stress-free and explained everything in a way we could understand. Truly top-notch service—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend R and B Services and especially Jeremy!

I was looking to get started with a maintenance plan for my HVAC unit as it’s getting older and I want to keep it running efficiently for as long as possible. I contacted R&B by filling out a form online. I picked the day that worked for me and Jeremy was out within a few days. Great work and super friendly people! I appreciate them so much, and the maintenance plan is worth it to keep things running.

After having R&B out for a repair on our ductwork, we signed up for their annual service plan. Jarret came back to clean our a/c unit today as part of that plan. As before, he was very professional and thoughtful, even being extra careful to ensure our cats didn’t get outside. I am very impressed with R&B and would definitely recommend them!

I called R&B after having problems with my house keeping cool. They came the next day, diagnosed the problem and was presented with a couple of options. 1. Fix the unit (EVAP coil and replace Freon) 2. Replace the whole unit. I decided to replace the unit since it was 13 years old (Reason being who knows when the COMPRESSOR or CONDENSER coil would go out and those parts are just as expensive as the EVAP coil). Justin presented several options for replacement including a Goodman (which is what I had). They don’t just do Goodman but also Haier, Trane, and Runthru by Trane (maybe more?). I ended up with the Runthru by Trane because it’s a step up from the Goodman, cheaper than an Trane, and not that much more money. I felt zero pressure from anyone about what to buy. Justin worked with me thru the evening to get everything setup. The only thing I probably would have done differently is get a thermostat connected to the internet (nest or something similar). Kendra was also helpful in communicating with me and some issues and questions I had also. Looking back, I would use them again.

Had the pleasure of R&B sending out a service technician yesterday for my home. His name was Christian. My house was in the 80s and was set to 70. Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. He never tried to oversell me on anything I didnt need. It turned out to be an A/C housing issue and no problem with my actual unit. He even told me what I needed to do to fix the housing and tried to help with a temporary solution until my husband could get home. This has been the first time I've ever had to call someone for an issue with my A/C and I will continue to be a customer for anything related from now on. Thanks to his advice my house is actually cold today! Thank you Christian and a big thanks to R&B!

R&B took great care of us before we sold our home and now again in our rental. They are fast, knowledgeable, affordable and have great customer service. We are going to build soon and already know that R&B will be the ones to do all our HVAC! Thanks again for all you do!

I reached out to R&B Services for an issue with my HVAC heat pump at my residence in Hartselle, Al. Since it was Father’s Day, I was a bit surprised when the Tech said he could come right over. He was very thorough and professional. He checked my unit, and did everything possible to improve its performance. The unit is over 10 years old and it appears the compressor is starting to fail, so I will most likely have to replace the unit. I was pleased with the service that was provided at a very reasonable cost, and I will definitely recommend R&B Services to my friends and neighbors.

Awesome customer service and professional Technician who came to my families rescue on short notice! Anyone with small children knows that sharp increasing or decreasing of temperatures when it comes to children can be a matter of minutes/seconds. With that said R&B immediately realized the dire situation that my family was in and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that my family needs were met in a timely and professional manner. Christian was absolutely phenomenal. I cannot say enough about this technician. Not only did he diagnose and address our issues the same day he took time out of his weekend to make sure our out unit was functioning properly. Thank you, R&B and thank you Christian!
