Every time I visit the Metro PCS store and Mo is working, it’s always a great experience. Whether I’m just paying my bill or need help troubleshooting an issue, Mo is consistently amazing—always courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. This past Saturday, I stopped by to add a line for my daughter and purchase a new phone for her. Mo went above and beyond! He clearly explained the different plan options and phone choices within our budget. Thanks to his knowledge and patience, my daughter walked out with a phone she absolutely loves—without us overspending. In today’s world, quality customer service, especially in-person support for tech, is hard to find. Mo is the reason I continue to go into our local Metro PCS store instead of doing things online. He’s simply the best! Thank you, Mo, for all you do!

We had a fantastic experience at the store. My family has had a rough week, and one of the issues we dealt with this week was Spectrum Mobile being absolutely horrible to deal with. We were able to switch to Metro, and they did everything they could to help us solve the issues that Spectrum Mobile caused. I will 100% recommend the store!

So I went to pay my phone bill in a Friday evening and they were packed. One of the employees said out loud "thank you everyone for waiting" I spoke up and said we love y'all We don't get this service anywhere else!!The other customers agreed. I have a good phone good reception and Excellent service. Cheyenne is always so helpful.

Highly unprofessional. The lady did not want to help out. Said the number would be deactivated in 2 days call back the next day to pay the bill so the number would not deactivate and the man there said oh it has already been given away. So we call the customer service and they were helpful I would not deal with these people they don't know what they are doing and not willing to help out. The customer service was awesome no complaints with them.

Mo is by far the best phone retail dude there is .. love him to piece.. always exciting fun laughter an awesome service anytime u need anything from help to question to great convo.. speedy service moe makes you feel welcomed an special.. great service great communications .. overall great guy ever.. love Moe
