I ordered (by phone) an arrangement of 50 red roses for our golden anniversary. My wife and I, and some other members of my crazy fun family, picked them up the day before the big party. Not only was the arrangement spectacular, but Joey and the other folks at Kaleidoscope laughed and cut up with us so much it felt like a party before the party! These folks are professional, reliable, and FUN. What more could you ask for?

Used Kaleidoscope again this week. I am so happy that I have a florist that I know that I can depend on since I live 7 hours away. I gave them an idea of what I wanted, and the colors that I preferred, then I let Kaleidoscope design it. It surpassed all my expectations. Thank you again for the outstanding service.

Sandy put together a beautiful sympathy bouquet for me with little instruction from myself other than "short white roses" and "blue flower highlights". My friend loved it. It was a little more expensive than I'd hoped, but in the end worth it to get that professional touch. Thank you Kaleidoscope!

Ordered flowers for first time for my dads funeral. Flowers were pretty and had a touch of Alabama theme in them like we wanted.

I placed an order for a colleague, and was not notified that they do not order in the area. I had to find out they were not delivered, and call. When I called, they said it shows cancelled on their end. Which is great for them, but proper customer service would have been to call or email advising me of the cancelled delivery. Not satisfied with their service at all.

Hands down THE best Florist in the Shoals & Florence area! Amazing work with exceptional quality every single time!

They have excellent and speedy service. I highly recommend them. THEY ARE WONDERFUL... USE THEM! I live in Huntsville and sent an arrangement to my aunt, I accidentally gave them the wrong house number and the woman refused to give the flowers back. They went and made my aunt a new arrangement... I cannot stress how amazing that was, especially since we are quarantined!!

My mom went to order an arrangement for our dear friend that passed away. The arrangement was absolutely wonderful. I asked for Alabama colors because he was such a big fan. The arrangement exceeded my request. Thank you
