I recently bought a washer from M&M. I know there is always a risk buying a used appliance. I got it home and only one of the water settings worked. Then coincidentally my existing dryer went out the same day I purchased the washer. I was able to exchange the washer & purchase a dryer for the set price. Prompt delivery & installation. I would recommend & but again. Thank you!

I recently bought a stainless steel French Door whirlpool refrigerator, the price fit my budget. It is very nice and I love it. M&M delivered it to my new home. I am very satisfied. Thank You M&M !!! Justina

This place is a joke. They are horrible.I purchased a refrigerator from them took it home plugged it up it worked fine. Five days after the 30 day warranty was up it quit just out of the blue. I called them and told them about it they were rude and would not even try to help me. Also a friend of mine bought a washer and dryer set from the same people at M and M it done the exact same thing. I will never buy anything else from here. Don’t waste your money.

At the time of purchase I was told they offer repair. I have bought a washer and dryer set and refrigerator from them. My freezer does not cool properly or make ice and my dryer has stopped working completely and now I’m being told they do not offer repairs AT ALL! Save your time and money and shop elsewhere !

I purchased a fridge 2 months ago as of yesterday, called and informed them the fridge wasn’t working, she told me to text tmy info, I did, no one responded, call again and ask can someone come out, and explained to her my food was going bad, she stated they have to wait until someone is available. 3 days later, food is bad, and no response. I purchased from them because they are Mom and Pop store, these types of stores normally treat their customers like family. This is not the case, they are shady! I’ve lost hundreds of dollars of food. We all know how much food cost these days! They could care less, I am a single Mother! I now have to spend $1000 on top of the $350, I paid them for a piece of junk. If you are a decent human being and believe people should be fair and honest. Don’t shop here! The lack of compassionate and good customer service is not demonstrated in their business!!! Don’t buy here!!!! You will be throwing your money away. I’m a child of God, and I going to let God deal with them!!!

I needed a used refrigerator immediately, they had a nice and very reasonably priced one that was perfect. I couldn't be present when they delivered it but they sent me a picture after they set it up - perfect. I will be purchasing a dryer next. It has been a year and a half and my refrigerator is working great. I bought the beautiful glass top stove that's in the pic on the website in January 2020 and I love the way it cooks. Love this store.

My parent purchased a refrigerator from M & M two months ago, and it has been a complete disappointment. The fridge cooling system isn't working and the fridge completely stopped making ice. As a result, my food is going bad. I reached out to the store multiple times, seeking a repair and expressing the urgency of the situation. They are not responding to any of my calls, despite my food going bad. Their complete disregard for customer service is appalling. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
