Tractor Supply Co.

I’ve always come here and today I ended up purchasing the large metal rooster without considering how to get it into my car. The ladies took it apart for me and helped me load it with no problems and plenty of laughs.

Great products, consistently poor customer service. Everyone would rather gossip than assisting customers, and when they do it seems to be a problem. Going to start ordering online so I can just avoid going in store at this point.

Cashier : Ramia seems really uncomfortable with ringing me up as if she was struggling with my presence. She hands me my receipt as if I was discussing. I looked at her and said could u please place my item in a bag it’s poison it may leak out she looked at me and rolled her eyes, as if I had done something wrong to her. if you do not like working, where you have to deal with people, please find you another job because it doesn’t cost a dime to be nice to anyone. Life is too short treat people with kindness Ramia.

This store I browse like my goats do when I walk them . I really appreciate your employees they go beyond and help you all they can.

I shop at this store weekly. Today I went in around 3:45pm to pickup an order that was already paid for . 1 young female employee and 2 older female employees were together trying to tape something . The younger employee was standing on something above the 2 other team members. One of the female employees asks me what I need? I responded need to pickup an order . She tells me to wait, and then a customer is walking up to check out and the younger employee walks past me to help that customer . The other two female employees are still taping, giggling and chatting. Then a 3rd employee yes, you are reading this correctly a 3rd female employee walks up to the two employees that are still trying to tape something and begins to chat with them, as I continue to stand there. Across the store an employee sees me, walks over and asks how can he help me? I tell him I just need to pickup my order, it took him all of 30seconds to get my order . His name is Walker and he needs to teach the female staff about customer service, customer comes first and basic manners . Thank you Walker, you are amazing! Every female employee on duty today at 3:45pm should be embarrassed and reprimanded. Their unprofessionalism was crap. I work with the public everyday and I would never ignore them the way I was ignored . I would have given 1 star, but Walker saved the day.

I searched for propane refill stations near me and this store popped up. Worker said that they don’t do propane refills, they can only sell empty tanks. Most Tractor Supply Stores fill propane and I can see the refill station outside. So I don’t know if this store legitimately doesn’t conduct propane refills or if the worker was lying to us. Edit: The number provided is a corporate phone tree with no option for feedback. If this is as far as management is willing to go in regards to issues with their store, I can see why it’s rated poorly.

No one answer their phone. They answer once and hung up on me. The phone just keep rigning.

Has a wide range of stuff very good priced
