Kyle Nelson Custom

First experience was 2014. New kitchen granite plus two bathrooms. Great job with no problems experienced. In 2019 I personally spoke with Mr Nelson about kitchen sink. Mr Nelson came/looked at on either a Thursday or Friday and indicated he would return the following Monday. Because of COVID and other circumstances (mine and his) it was forgotten. Sink ‘fell out’ in Apr 2023. Called office and was told it would be $600 to repair. I explained several times that only the clips need to be replaced. I was told to call some else if that price was not acceptable. Not knowing what to do, I agreed as it was installed by Nelson and told Veronica that if Mr Nelson could ‘live with it’, so could I. Technician came on May 19 and was here for approx 30 minutes. In that time period: Removed/cleaned sink Disconnected one pipe and reconnected Sealed sink I surely believed the technician would relay to Mr Nelson how small the job actually was. Basically, I paid $600 for 30 minutes work. Up to this time I always recommended Kyle Nelson HOWEVER - never again. In closing I guess Mr Nelson and I can live with it.

I used KNC many years ago, long before there were any "Google reviews" to replace my kitchen countertop with a granite one. While they did an excellent job cutting and installing the countertop, it was not the exact color that I had requested. Unfortunately, my mom suffered a heart attack at about the same time that the installation occurred, and I was not up for what I figured would just be an argument about what I ordered even if the true black granite that I ordered cost more than the black one with shiny flecks in it that they installed. To add insult to injury, even if it had been the correct color, it still had the wrong edge on it. At that moment in time, I was so stressed that I felt it easier for me to just let it go and eat the price difference. Even the wrong countertop was such a major improvement that I decided to just live with it like it is and didn't even bother to mention it.

We had a great experience with Kyle Nelson. They gave us the best quote, and I appreciated that they offer to include a new sink and plumbing in their installation cost. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, and the finished product is beautiful! I recommend them to all my friends interested in stone countertops.

I actually cried with joy when I walked into my house and saw my new kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. They are beautiful. The guys were great and my house was spotless when they finished. I would recommend KNC any day and guarantee you will be beyond satisfied!!!

We just got our counter tops done through Kyle Nelson Customs and we couldn't be happier with them! We priced compared with everyone near the Montgomery area and they were the best price. Not only were they very well priced, but their quality of work was exceptional. They left us with a beautiful product in under three hours. Everyone we worked with was very professional. Couldn't say enough good things about them. Would highly recommend!

Who says you are to go with a big box or chain store for guaranteed excellence? They’re busy, so order ahead of your timeline; but they’re efficient and they are very reasonably priced compared to surrounding competitors. I used them for my hall bath vanity top and will use them again for my master.

Kyle came to our house and measured this morning for countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. He offered great suggestions and is very knowledgable. We are waiting on his quote, but were impressed with him and his granite selection.
