I arrived to your facility on 10-3-25 around 4 a.m. to pick up my load. Your employees put the wrong trailer number on my bill of lading so your security guard told me that I have to wait until someone come in at 5:30am to stamp my bills due to the error bc he stated that he can't stamp it. It's now almost 6a.m. and I'm still at your facility without my bills being stamped just burning unnecessary time. Calling corporate

I've been here to pick up twice so far. The guard and the people in the office have always been in a good mood and happy to help. It's kind of a small facility but it's pretty easy to drop and hook because they're not overcrowded like some places. there's a nice restroom drivers can use in the shipping office which is definitely a bonus. I was in and out in about a half an hour to 45 minutes

Tight fit, but doable. They took me immediately, cannot complain.

Wait at the stop sign and guard will come check all paper work and let you know where to go. Got unloaded in 30 min. Turns are a little tight but you can make it if you know where you going.

Attention Truckers: The driveway and pretty much all the roads on this facility is unusually tight considering how open Alabama is. Driving to the main gate I checked in with the security that is on the right. Security guy (tall guy with balding white hair, thick glasses and a beer gut) was very hostile, condescending and rude because he didn't like the way I parked my truck during check in, despite that fact that there was no traffic around. The drop lot for drop-n-hooks is a very uneven gravel road that is very small with very limited space to drop your trailer. This place overall has a very unprofessional appearance with discount rent-a-cops posing as security who doesn't have any social skills to interact with drivers in a productive and respectful manner.

Otr drivers..Check in at Guard Shack and provide id order number. Guard will provide instructions. Drop n hook. Drop empty trailer in drop lot. Go to the shipping office and pick up paperwork .Pick loaded loaded in drop lot. Check out at guard shack and provide paperwork and verify seal is correct.
