If I could give Alex a 100 star review I would. He has been top notch and very detailed in everything I needed and went over and beyond with every single issue I have had and ran into during our unexpected house fire. Everyone he sends out are great and turned out to become more like family that workers. I would highly suggest using him for any kind of work big or small. He’s caring and very knowledgeable and compassionate.

Alex did an outstanding job with a mold remediation project in my crawlspace. He is knowledgeable, thorough, hardworking, and reliable. I would hire him in a heartbeat for any custom-build house project in the future. Highly recommended!

Alex is an amazing and down to earth man. So is his project manager, Cory. Everything they do from start to finish is professional. I needed a project done for my business building to pass city inspection, and on such short notice Alex was able to pull the permit & build 2 sturdy/good looking decks that abide by the 2015 IBC code book in less than a day’s time span. Definitely will work with him again in the future!

Alex did an amazing job fixing my sister's French doors leading to her deck and he saved me a great deal of money and I'm truly appreciative. Alex was very professional and as mentioned beyond helpful in helping me to save money on this project at my sister's house. I have recommended him to my other family members in Birmingham, AL and would encourage everyone to seriously reach out to him for repairs to your home, he does phenomenal work. Thanks again Alex!!!

I had a very negative experience also. Paid for a job but it wasn’t completed in my laundry room. I was charged to move plumbing and electrical but it wasn’t completed never moved - faucet never installed. Previously Alex twisted a fixture with his plyers and i had to have it replaced. He didn’t compensate for that. Prices high but quality of work was poor. He even sent a man to tile a wall and it was horrific. Too many tales to list but he went shopping with my credit card but the merchandise was not for me. To date he didn’t provide receipts.I had to investigate the transactions. Very sad

Wonderful experience with Custom Home Svs located in Leeds. Alex, Rob and Corey were professional helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them for your renovation needs. I think you will see the improvement for yourself! Very happy customer.

Alex and his team are top notch! Whether it’s a laundry room or a whole house, Alex is the only one I call, in Alabama.
