Lo encontre y no lo habia encontrado en otro lugar.

I have used A1 Appliance my whole maintenance career and they’ve always kept reliable and knowledgeable staffing that know what they’re doing and will assist as best as the can. I’ve known Mike for a long time back when he was delivery and I sure do miss Johnny also. Keep up the good work fellas.

I found the website easy to navigate, easy to ID the parts I am looking for and easy to order. Efficient: I ordered late night before and today received a notice of shipping with tracking.

5/5

Ordered dishwasher parts cheaper than locally and package arrived next day. Parts were exactly what I needed. Will definitely buy from them again.

5/5

They carry an obsolete item that I need, but the prices are a bit high. Easy ordering, but high prices and shipping rates.

3/5

I ordered from Amazon first, the part only lasted one month before it stopped working. Hopefully this part is better quality. Reason for 3 stars, function of their website on mobile device is not very user friendly. second, the order confirmation email did not contain any shipping information, no tracking number or estimated delivery date. Maybe it will show up at some point? Until then I have no answers for the wife on when the oven will operational.

They show a part in stock - I order - and then they say - Oh No - we don't have that in stock. Don't buy stuff on line -- if you use these people - check with them directly if they actually have the part as they show on line. UGH!

Mike Myer was amazing and helped me find a part that was discontinued, and even gave me advice on how to install it by watching a YouTube video. It's just really sad because today is his last day. He's great at assisting customers with good communication skills, unlike some of their other staff who keep asking the same questions and still can't do their job correctly. It's such a waste that someone like Mike isn't appreciated and given the importance he deserves at work.
