Joshua did an amazing job mounting a large TV over my fireplace and another one on my bedroom wall. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and expertly recommended installation options which worked best for my family and saved me even more money. He was also able to provide same day service! The TVs look great on the wall. The pictures don't do them justice. The one in the bedroom was a bundle of cords, wires, power strips and a cable box (yes, cable box). He was able to add a new power plug, run the wires in the wall and hide the box behind the TV - clean with no visible connections. He even took time to make sure the settings were good on both new TVs and everything was setup properly. I contacted several businesses that were listed online but none of them could match the competitive pricing or the local small business/hometown customer service 65AV Huntsville offered. I definitely recommend them for any audio, visual or technical needs that may arise. I already have a few more projects in the queue. Thanks again Josh!

Josh did an outstanding job mounting my TV and running power to it! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in his work. The TV looks incredible on the wall — perfectly centered, level, and with no visible wires. Josh made sure everything was secure and even took the time to walk me through the setup afterward. He was punctual, respectful of my home, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for someone who delivers high-quality work and great service, I highly recommend Josh!

I gave 65AV 5 stars only because I could not give them SIX! Joshua arrived right on schedule; great communications throughout. He is a very knowledgeable professional and he had our new 75" TV up and operating in less than 30 minutes. He knows his profession and made sure we were happy with the installation and he even tuned the local channels for us, assisting with optimum UHF antenna placement and local WiFi network. He had done similar installations for several members of my family, and they were all similarly impressed. He gave me a great value and a very professional job. He has my complete confidence and thanks!

We had just moved into our new home and inherited this monster of a TV mount installed on our fireplace mantle. It looked like it should "do something" (tilt? extend?) and we couldn't figure it out. Turn out it is a Mantle Mount brand and it extends out and down to a lower level for optimal viewing. We had paid a handyman to install our TV on this mount a few months prior, but it just seemed unstable and hinky. Like if I tried to tilt it, it was going to come crashing down. So I found Josh and he came out and installed the TV correctly on the mount and installed the security screw to keep it from wobbling. He also neatly tied up all our ugly cables and hunt the cable box on the mount out of site. He took the time to show us how to properly extend and fold up the TV and how to lube the hydraulic arms as needed. We could not be happier with the thorough service he provided, the communication levels leading up to the service visit and the outcome. Thank you Joshua, we appreciate you and 65AV, and would recommend you to anyone looking to properly mount a TV and sound system.

Joshua and his team are absolute professionals. We wanted to move the TV from over the fireplace onto the wall down at high-level. My wife had one request: she didn’t want to see any wires and within 45 minutes we had a new outlet installed behind the TV with no damage to the walls whatsoever - Super clean and quick - very affordable as well. They know what they’re doing.

Joshua was very pleasant and professional. He was great in addressing my questions and concerns. He cleaned up after the job. Great experience!

5 Stars are not enough! Joshua called and we briefly discussed the TVs that I needed mounting. Within an hour, he arrived and went to work. He did an excellent job! Very friendly, yet professional! Highly recommended!
