La-Z-Boy Hoover

Renee was fantastic! So helpful with my purchase. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful. I am very happy with the couch I purchased that adjusts in so many ways. Wish La-Z-Boy was not so expensive! Cost is the reason for only 4 stars.

We were greeted at the door by a friendly smile and hand shake by Buck Jullian, Salesman. From that moment on he ask questions to try and determine what our needs were and what La-Z-Boy product would best suit our needs. Buck introduced us to Mandy Maples Interior Design Consultant. By working as a TEAM they were able to expand and meet a bigger need than just a pair of recliners. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend both individuals.

Went to La-Z-Boy and was on the hunt for looking for a comfortable stylish couch. I found a nice one and worked with the best sales rep! It was during the labor day sale and she helped me with getting exactly what we needed to fit our space. Go and ask for Renee! She was so great to work with.

Helen and Paige did a really good job of assisting us and answering all of our questions. They helped us identify the chairs that met our needs. They are both customer focused and excellent representatives for the La-Z-Boy store.

When we went in, they had 5 employees working, with us 2 other couples (older than us) walked in. As a young couple looking to buy furniture for our newly purchased house - we were the only people not helped however the other 2 couples were helped the moment they walked through the door. Not one single employee spoke to us, or asled if we wanted help. We made 2 full laps around the entire store. We even stood by someone's desk (with an employee at it!) waiting to ask about different types of leather for a couch we wanted to purchase that day. The couch we wanted was $6000. And the other one we were curious about was $12,000. That was a sale lost as we wont be going back. I do not recommend this place to any young couple in their 20's no one will take you seriously.

Helpful staff, excellent product. We had difficulty deciding and the salesperson, Helen, was very patient with us. More: I am writing this review because as per usual I am being nagged into doing so. Generally I do not write and rarely read reviews.

Traci was our salesperson and she was very professional and accommodating to our specific needs. She let us take our time to discuss what we wanted and the fabric we wanted to choose. We never felt pressured to purchase and that is the type of sales person I enjoy working with.

We knew we were in the right place when we were greeted by Buck and Mandy. They are both very polished and prepared to match us with what we want in dining room furniture.
