Havertys Furniture

My wife had been looking for a couch to replace the one we had which she said was “dated”; she had simply tired of it of and I had to agree when she expressed a desire to replace it with a leather couch. She checked several furniture stores and settled on a beige leather model at Havertys. She brought me along to check it out. I really liked it, and it didn’t hurt it was among the less expensive of the ones she looked at. We bought the couch on that visit. They have plenty of very nice furniture and we also bought a very good looking library table as well for our foyer that we came across while in the The salesman told us that only delivered to our part of town on Saturdays so we set up delivery up for the next Saturday. We also asked the salesman to have the delivery people move our existing couch to our basement. In preparation for the delivery we moved the furniture in our living room so that the delivery people would have no problem bring the new couch. However, delivery folks never showed up that Saturday. My wife called Havertys and found that the salesman never set up the delivery. So we had to move the furniture back and then back again when the couch was delivered the next weekend. When the couch was delivered I told The delivery guys that I’d arrange for them to bring the old couch down to the basement. They said they normally didn’t do that, but they went ahead and did that anyway after they determined they wouldn’t be difficult. . I really appreciate that because we couldn’t manage it on our own. I would’ve given Havertys a five star rating except for the goof up by the salesman who didn’t schedule the original delivery.

Sales member Keya Todd was easy to work with and Designer Donna Cutcliff was a pleasure to work with in helping me choose coordinates and custom fabrics. Both women were very talented and professional. No pressure at all but listened to my needs. I purchased several pieces of furniture and rug for my living room. Thank you Haverty’s.

Keye saw us waiting in the car for the store to open and came right out and waved us in. She was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her and will seek her out with future furniture needs.

We were searching for a nightstand for our grandson's room. We visited several stores and only saw low quality furniture at a premium price. I knew we could get the best quality furniture at Havertys, but we visited other stores since we were near them. The minute we walked into Havertys we saw several nightstands to choose from. All of them were superior to the other stores. Drawer guides alone were noticeable better along with jointery and finishes. We've purchased lots of furniture from Havertys over the past 30-40 years and have always been thoroughly satisfied. They're always helpful but never pushy.

We could not have been more pleased with our purchase or our interactions with the incredibly friendly and professional staff. Robin in particular, was extremely helpful and professional, and made our experience very enjoyable. Nothing but good things to say!

Noel was awesome. Phil and I were looking for a kitchen table , chairs and bench. She answered the phone and I told her what we wanted. Arrived at the store and she is the Best ! Can't wait to get our new table and chairs and bench. So glad we chose Havertys again as we still have 2 pieces of furniture we bought 18 years ago and still in excellent shape.Thank you , Noel.
