Wonderful staff to work with this past week. I couldn't get out to visit the store so Sue Ellen and Betty were extremely helpful ordering my dishwasher, stove, and microwave over the phone. All appliances were delivered and installed today by Kenny and Bryan. Everything was completed to my satisfaction!! Best place to do business. 5+ STAR RATING!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Switched it up and went with a more commercial grade at the last minute, Jamie was more than helpful and quick to get the deal done, much appreciated, will definitely be back and send folks your way ! A++++++++++

Well first of all I was there on a project. I will say this what a true class Act of a place!! From ownership to the staff they are all 💯% on point from knowledge,experience, customer service, and just going the extra mile. Norman the owner while he has done this for most of his life he's brought an imprint and culture that will last. Great location. A pillar to the community no doubt! 5 stars not enough should be 10!

I called yesterday to price a washer/dryer combination. The young lady was so nice & gave me a competitive price that I could compare with the Big Box stores. So today, I visited Bonds Appliances. As i was treated exceptionally well as she showed me the different sets. She put together a price. Well, she then beat her own price by $20. So I bought them. IT WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE TO DEAL WITH BOND'S. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I have never been more disrespected in my life I had my mower serviced and just because I addressed some concerns that was supposed to be done the manager tells me I'm no longer able to get serviced from them i wasnt rude or anything... is that how u normally treat your paying customers...Edited to add after owner response:  Respectfully sir I did call several times to verify what would be included in the price so I would know what to expect and plan for what could be extra.  I had absolutely no issue paying the overage and did so before delivery.  I was given a day for pickup with an 8 to 5 window.  I attempted to get a more concrete time as I ended up having an unexpected vet trip and wanted to make sure we were on the same page.  During delivery inspection, your driver witnessed me pulling grass from the pulley systems.  I called to inform of the issue/oversite.  I was told everything was complete, told to find someone else, then hung up on.  I have ordered from you in the past.  I would have continued to be a happy customer had there been an apology and small refund for the portion of the wash since I will now have to clean the mower.  I honestly need to inspect it more thoroughly based on these responses.  If you consider a customer who asks clarifying questions, doesn't leave you hanging to keep their appointments, pays in full and informs you that services were not complete as promised as a problem then good luck to your patrons.
