I ordered lumber and had it delivered to build an addition and a deck... a deck.. not a skateboard ramp 🤦🏼‍♂️.... multiple boards messed up . They also sent 30 of the wrong size boards.. having to call multiple stores to get it fixed and I'm on the phone and hold for over 2 hrs I spoke with a manager and they scheduled them to be replaced . Well today they came to pick up the 30 wrong boards, and the messed up ones... but they brought the wrong size again... currently on hold and still don't have what I need 🤦🏼‍♂️

I had an awesome experience at Lowe’s thanks to Latoya! She went above and beyond to help me choose the right zero-turn mower. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and expert advice really stood out. If you’re shopping for refrigerator or Any appliances , I highly recommend asking for Latoya — she’s the best!
