Took our dishes washer there for repair They charged us $45.00 to check it out. They charged us another $300.00 for parts and labor. Took it home and it didn't work. We took it back and they had it another week told us they couldn't fix it and refused to give us back our money. They did us wrong avoid this place. Crooks they should have sold us a new one

Superb customer service! I explained my situation needing a part for an older model appliance. After checking and finding the part is discontinued and no longer available, they referred me to a repairman (name and phone number) who might be able to figure a repair without the part. No pushing me to buy another appliance - simple, plain and honest information to provide me the best information for my need! The whole personal experience was a total pleasure. I'm still smiling.

I don’t like this company last week we were going to buy a washer and dryer from this place . Told the company my husband was on his way I called them to let them he was almost there should be there around 5:05 they said they would wait well when he Sri there at 5.05 they were already gone . If you can’t stand by your word you shouldn’t say it I even tried calling them the next morning and no answer do I bought my appliances some where else was only going to use them because of the rep man recommended them wait ever buy from them are recommend the to anyone
