Came in for the first time and the scent smacked me in the face. Wow! The decor is really nice and they have beautiful wall art. There’s a sale happening and the prices are way more reasonable than I thought they’d be. I was only in the store for a few minutes (seriously less than 3 min) and walked out smelling like a dryer sheet! For me it was way too strong

Iam a weekly shopper of kirklands, Florence, AL. Friday 10/3/2025, approx 10:15 am, I was there. I walked in front door at 9:55 & was immediately told not open. I ask when it would open, he said in 5 Minutes! I went back in after the 5 minutes. Looking at a mirror I ask the young male clerk to borrow a measuring tape or rather if he could just measure a mirror that did not have the info provided on it. He said “its on there”. I said “ it is not for some reason”. He did not assist in any way, just ignored me while on his iphone scrolling. There was one other customer so it was not hectic or anything. The other customer asked about a reef or something hanging up high but he also did not seem eager to help her. As I checked out I said to him “I am use to checking for size on a product but this does not have it”. He still never offered to help and never owned to having not helped. As I left out door, the other customer remarked she had him be rude to her the previous week. His name was Calab and he should be fired. He made many errors beginning with a 5-minutes rude “not open”.

Kirkland's has lots of great finds for the home/ office. It's a great place to shop for seasonal decor. The store always smells lovely, too.

Had a100.00 gift card so I spent all but 18 cents there had some candles I forgot and when I called they said they were not there was ugle about it said I needed receipt but cleaned my purse out and acedently through it away but they could have look the gift card up I told them it was for 10.00 dollars they said no no receipt no candles so ugle about so won’t be shopping there no more

My wife and I recently made a big purchase in the Florence Alabama store and the staff was wonderful! Their customer service was 5 stars and spot on, This is most definitely our go to spot for home decor and furniture. Thank you very much to the staff! Keep up the good work!

I just left Kirklands in Florence. This is one of my favorite stores. I was out shopping for potential decor for my office. I was in the store 10 mins. When I walked in a young man greeted me from the back, I returned with a smile an hello. There was 3 people in the store. An older lady, a young girl and a young man. I walked around the entire store and no one approached me or offered assistance. I was not dressed my best today, due to being a Saturday and being leisure. But that shouldn’t stop amazing customer service! I have worked retain the majority of my life and I am dismayed by the lad I of customer service anywhere. Do better! If we do maybe we can keep some brick and mortar stores open. With that being said… online I go…

Although the store computer claimed the store had 17 of this one particular item I was looking for, they didn't have any of the items in the store. This was after I had called and asked if the store actually had the item in stock!😡 Only to drive from Muscle Shoals to find out that OH! it was a computer error.🙄 The item there store computer claimed to have had 17 of was actually a discontinued item!🤦🏿‍♂️Complete waste of gas and time!

This location has all kinds of awesome things for your home. And they always have lots of seasonal items through out the year for most all holidays. You can sign up for their club and get a heads up on sales and score occasional coupons.
