iStorage

From the moment I walked in- I felt comfortable with no pressure to rent. Linda was extremely nice and professional. Willing to discuss all options of sizes to rent. She was very kind and offered to take me to show me different rentals that might fit my needs. I got my rental needs taken care of. Prices for units are good. Climate control is extremely clean. Barry- property manager was also there. Kind and professional as well. Customer Service A+

I just rented my third unit from Barry and Linda at IStorage. The rental places are spotless and I haven’t seen any bugs or insects in my units since I rented them. I’ve been renting one of my units going on 3 years. I can highly recommend them.

Well kept and very clean storage facility!! Always a pleasure delivering here and personnel are very friendly and personable! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place for storage!

This place is the Best!!! I needed a climate controlled storage unit. Use it for 7 months while I was building a new home. Linda is the sweetest lady. Highly recommend I-storage to everyone.

I’ve rented here for years. The customer service has always been great and the communication has been good in the past, but it’s improved lately. The facility is clean and well maintained. I believe my space is thoroughly monitored and secure.

This is by far the best storage facility I have used. It is clean, very secure, and well maintained. The staff and management are honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly folks. Linda is very helpful to ensure your account is set up correctly, your needs are met, and you are happy with your unit. I have stored here for 2 years and have never had any problem with any pests/bugs, security, or not being informed of any updates to my account. Thank you iStorage for your ethical business practices and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this storage facility.

IStorage is my favorite by far! I have used many storage facilities and I’ll have to say, they were the easiest to deal! Not automated like the other facilities. I like the fact I can use my own locks and actually speak to a live human being! I’ll use them again!

Saw availability online & went by the office to see the space in person. Barry was friendly & knowledgeable! Offered to show the space before I asked. The space was VERY clean! No odors, no signs of pests. I was very pleased and rented the space. Paperwork was easy to do. He gave me a free lock. I had been traveling so my small dog was in my vehicle and he offered that my puppy could come into the office if needed! I love pet friendly places!!! Way to go Barry!! I’ve used other storage facilities in the area years before and NEVER got this kind of awesome customer service! This is the place to rent!!
