Store people, Kim, was very helpful. We wanted a lift chair and they ordered one not on the floor for us to try. Great recommendation and they delivered the chair and set it up and tested it for us. Love the chair and the service. .

10/10 service without a doubt. The ladies at the Florence location were extremely helpful and got me exactly what I needed/was looking for. The store was very organized and clean. I went in as soon as they opened and had my sectional by mid-day. The guy who delivered the sectional was very professional and used extreme caution to ensure no issues carrying the furniture in the house.
