We purchased a super awesome gaming computer! The staff was amazing and helped us get out the door quickly! The computer is lightening fast and has great graphics.

Chris was knowledgeable and helpful and made our trip to purchase a new fridge a breeze! We stayed up to date on the expected delivery during the entire process. The delivery guys were friendly, quick, and efficient. We appreciate the great customer service.

I purchased a Display Model TV yesterday from this location. Elijah assisted me and was great. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I was assured at the time of purchase that all parts (with the exception of the manual that I could find online) were in the box. When I opened the box at home, we discovered that there are two missing pieces that connect the TV to the stand. Without these parts, we cannot attach the TV to the stand for use. I called the store immediately and Elijah assured me that they would look for the missing pieces. Today, I called the store for an update and was told they couldn't find the parts. Elijah spoke to his store manager, Andrew Risner, and they offered to give me a $20 refund to purchase the $40 parts online. I asked them to purchase the parts and send them to me and they refused to do so. They were only willing to give me $20. I then asked to speak to Andrew (the store manager) directly and was told that he was too busy to speak with me and that the $20 refund was all they were willing to do. The manager's refusal to speak with me was unprofessional and revealed his lack of care or concern for me as their customer. There are lots of places to buy a TV these days. If you choose to do so at this store, be very careful. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen and that the parts were lost. I only wanted them to make it right and they refused to do that. This was an easy problem to fix, but they weren't willing. That's a shame.

Great experience when searching for a new TV. Very helpful salesperson, Alicia, who was knowledgeable about each brand, very friendly and nice. Would highly recommend them.

Was pleasantly surprised that there were more than just electronics in this store. Purchased a 50-in TV, microwave, washer and dryer, two recliner rockers, tv cabinet, etc. employees were very considerate and knowledgeable and the prices were extremely reasonable.

Drove an hour to arrive I thought Best Buy My GPS said that was where I was going! I tried Walmart 15 min from my home but they had sold everything? I left and headed for Alabama. Got there found everyone wanting to help me but I am independent and told them I would holler if I need them! Long story short I walked out with a prize! They tried financing but I had no phone it had locked the screen and a new one was coming. I paid the price less than I expected! Good product however! It is sitting on my desk working like it should! I suggest anyone who is serious about a computer go to this store Electronic Express! You have my recomendation!
