Cynxt IT Services was awesome to work with! Joe was so helpful. He didn’t care how long it took, he was going to figure out what was wrong with my Mac and get it working again. 10/10 recommend using them for all of your technology problems!!

After checking one place that wanted a non-refundable deposit and a three day wait, I called Cynxt IT. Michael said bring it in. He met me at the door, sat down and had the problem diagnosed in 15 minutes. An hour later, I was up and running. Great service and highly recommended.

This place is more than what I would consider to be of excellent service. These guys go above and beyond to help their customers before even being able to call them customers. Definitely go to them before going to some chain company that doesn’t care about you and just wants your money. These guys will do the job with significant enthusiasm and a great price.

During the Christmas holiday, my son’s computer was not working correctly. I reached out to Cyndi IT Services expecting to schedule an appointment after the New Year Holiday. To my surprise they were able to fix the computer within a few hours! This was amazing!

Michael Johnson has been very helpful in setting up a small LAN network system in my chiropractic practice.
