Bought from here for my apartment! Highly recommend! Great customer service! Affordable options too! Fast delivery and the installation was great! Parents bought from here too a few years ago and haven't had not one problem with their SpeedQueen set!

We recently purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Bob Wallace Appliances in Florence and from day one it has not worked properly! This is our third attempt and now we were told we are on a service list. This has been going on for 4 weeks. I had gallbladder bladder surgery a couple weeks before this and was told to drink plenty of water which she is trying to do but it’s been difficult drinking lukewarm warm water when the ice melts ever so quickly. We were told they don’t have a buy back. We are elderly and this doesn’t help the situation very much. We purchased a washer from them recently and were well satisfied with the purchase that’s the reason we went back to them in the first place! No we don’t wait a replacement! We just want a refund! We even purchased a 5 year warranty not thinking we would need it few days after our purchase! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement!

I was here searching for a part for a clothes dryer. The lady that helped me was very nice, she was very knowledgeable about the appliance parts and she helped my solve my problem. Nice people, nice place, very well kept and very clean. I will return should I have a need for more appliance help

I went here today as a first customer and I must say, I didn’t even know customer service existed anymore. The lady who helped me today had to be one the most pleasant and helpful people I have ever met. Thank you very much.

I called on behalf of my Mom who lives (4) hours away to deliver & pickup her old refrigerator. Less than 24 hours my Mom has a new fridge in her kitchen. 👏👏👏👏👏. Thank You 🙏🏻 so much !

I purchased a stove from Bob Wallace on December 23rd. Everything about my experience was fantastic!! Great customer service, wonderful personalities! They were super engaging and accommodating! I didn't have anything delivered, but earlier in the process, it looked as though I would need it. With it being so close to Christmas, the delivery service was not available, however, the salesman offered to deliver my stove for me that Tuesday. I was so grateful but thankfully, I was able to have it picked up the same day. Service-A Price-A Quality -A I'll definitely shop there again.
