Brackin Appliance

My recent experience purchasing an oven at this store was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the well-organized layout that made browsing a breeze. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive without being pushy, allowing me to explore my options at my own pace. I found their prices to be very competitive, and the overall value was excellent. The purchase process was seamless, and the delivery service was prompt and professional. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of new appliances.

Patsy was extremely helpful! Very professional, patient with my questions, and got me the perfect dishwasher on sale! Highly recommend Patsy at Brackin.

We love our GE Cafe Appliances Megan helped us order. They are stunning, and the service provided to make sure we received rebates was great. Great communication and updates when each piece was estimated to arrive. Fully recommend.

Better prices with specific vendors. Emma tells you straight & gives information that you may have never thought to question. Will keep shopping there.

Subject: Feedback on My Recent Experience at Brackin Appliances I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my visit to Brackin Appliances today, as the experience was quite unsettling. My sister, recently purchased an entire kitchen set from your store and had recommended a refrigerator that I was considering purchasing as well. She spoke highly of your store, and I was eager to support a local business over a big-box retailer like Home Depot. While at the store, I encountered a young man who was incredibly helpful, honest, and articulate. He made a positive impression and represented your business well. Unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by the conduct of two other employees. I was trying to purchase a refrigerator and was hoping for pricing comparable to Home Depot. However, the situation became unnecessarily complicated and, after spending an hour in the store, I ultimately decided not to proceed with the purchase. The contrast between the professionalism of the young man and the behavior of the other two employees was stark. His honesty and effort stood out, but the lack of transparency and support from the others left me disappointed and frustrated. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide not to return or support Brackin Appliances in the future. I sincerely hope you recognize the exceptional qualities of the young man who assisted me and take steps to ensure all employees uphold a similar standard of service. It’s disheartening when a local business doesn’t meet the expectations of customers who want to support it. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope it can contribute to improvements in customer service at your store. Best regards, C Sirmon

They have a great selection of appliances. The staff is very good. And you can't beat these prices. I've collected quite a few things from this place. Great job people 👏. 👍

A great selection. Prices pretty much match those of big box giants. Expect delays. If you're busy working make sure you get exact information regarding delivery and installation dates otherwise you'll hear, "Your order is on its way and should be here soon." Or "Your order is here, but it's still on the truck. We'll get it out to you as soon as we're able." That southern charm just doesn't cut the mustard when you work and have your own schedule to keep. Other than that I highly recommend the store.

They have a large assortment of appliances and have been in business for a long time. Price shop Lowes first to see if they are competitive. I was not very impressed with the customer service. They will deliver, install and pickup your old appliances for $60. Very good selection of stainless appliances. Highly recommended to support local businesses but beware they are not a discount store.
